Question Blood Work, need help interpreting.

Ive been experiencing chest discomfort near the heart and had some blood work done and do not know how to interpret it. The doctor is sending me back tomorrow to get more blood taking due to my calcium being high and may be related to parathyroid (nurse called me and said that).

Are you on a cycle? How many have you done? Calcium is high but that could be triggered by so many things. The parathyroid can be responsible for producing high calcium. However, there is other factors too that are more dangerous...

You ask for help but list almost nothing. Age, weight, compounds, length of cycle, etc. come on bro. We’re not doctors, but if you’re on 1000 mg of tren , that might explain things.

Im 21, 170, tren a 300-400 wk, test p 300-400 wk, mast p 600-800 wk, Cialis 20mg every day, t3 25mcg every day, Aromasin 20mg every time i pin (EOD). This cycle has been lengthy. The doctor called again for my second blood test and my calcium ionized is elevated. They told me to come back in 2 months but still has me worried about my chest discomfort. I'm confused about "that might explain things" do you see something that raises any red flags?

Heres more relevant information, when i smoked weed it really flares up. My workouts have become shit, super tired (the reason i got t3) cant get a pump often (i know pump doesn't mean I'm not working it but i used to get a pump every day).

I'm not nearly qualified to make an assessment on your bloodwork. I'll say this though. Up until I was about 22 I would literally smoke a blunt right before the gym and still get great workouts in. Around age 22-23 I got a major panic attack after the gym when I used a preworkout and smoked with some guy I just met. I thought I was gonna die, and then after that I was much more sensitive to weed. Nowadays if I smoke I have to wait at least 2-3 hours before I go, but I try to not do it at all before I go or I'll be all in my head and think everyone's looking at me. I'm 12 years older than you and I still get pumps and I'm a daily smoker, so I think you should be ok. Just limit it to after the gym, and make sure you eat some carbs an hour to two hours before you work out. I also didn't start steroids until last year, so I don't know how they would have affected me at your age. Good luck man, stay healthy, and keep on keeping on.

Edit: Almost forgot; get a blood pressure monitor. Get a big cuff if you have arms over 16". Take your blood pressure throughout the day when resting. Stop taking stimulants. No energy drinks or preworkouts. Preworkouts are garbage and are dangerous imo. If anything, have a few sips of coffee before your workout, but not more. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, meaning high blood pressure and no pumps. A little goes a long way.

OP, it would be helpful if you provided the reference ranges, particularly for your electrolytes.
