    Lean bulk cycle opinions

    Hello,

    Thoughts about this 6 or 7th cycle from a friend for a lean bulk cycle, he use some times EQ but dont like it to mutch this time testing NPP never used before.

    STATS

    1.80m
    92kg
    10% BF

    For a lean bulk cycle what you think about it:

    Cycle

    1-8 Test P. 100mg EOD
    1-8 NPP 100mg EOD
    1-4 Dbol 20mg ED

    1-8 Anastrozole (arimidex ) 0,25mg? EOD (a little sensitivity E2)
    1-8 Cabergoline 0.5MG or 0.25MG? 2x week???
    1-8 HCG 250UI 2x week

    PCT

    Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/20
    Clomid 75/50/50/50

    Diet

    300Gr Protein
    100Gr Fats
    350Gr Carbs

    only clean sources

    You forgot to post the most important factor affecting whether his "lean" bulk will be successful. The nutritional plan. If you're eating like a pig you will bulk up but it won't be lean. Or if you are eating like an anorexic teenage girl you will lose weight.

    The amount or types of AAS used won't compensate for a poor nutritional plan.

    yes the diet is on point he will start with 250GR Protein/ 100GR Fats / 300GR Carbs, all clean sources and adjust when needed

    Too much caber for so little NPP.

    NPP should be injected every other day not 3x per week.

    Test dose should be based off whatever mg to not have to use Arimidex .

    The macro break down means nothing. I could get to those macros from chicken, rice and olive oil only. All clean sources but a garbage diet.

    Your friend could also make an account - they are free to make.

    If move on to NPP EOD 100MG, its about 400MG NPP week you think dont the caber for this dosage? testosterone is advised to be slightly higher than the NPP dosage or below/same?

    EOD is 350mg.

    Caber and AI should only be used as needed, retroactively not proactively.

    The dosages of Test and NPP are based off the individual and how they respond. There's no one size fits all answer - otherwise every single person would be running the same gear for the same length at the same dosage.

    What does this person eat in a day? complete meals and portions. Usually when someone asks a diet question and their answer is only macros it's a red flag they have a lot of room for improvement on nutrition.

    The start diet is that,

    Meal 1
    2 Eggs
    200Gr Egg whites
    100Gr Oats
    35Gr Whey 90%

    Meal 2
    200Gr Chicken breast
    250Gr Rice
    100Gr brocoli

    Meal 3
    200Gr Steak
    250Gr rice
    50Gr Almonds/nuts

    Meal 4 (post workout)
    35Gr Whey 90%
    60Gr maltodextrin
    1 medium Banana

    Meal 5
    200Gr White fish
    300Gr White potatos
    2 tblsp Olive oil

    Adjustable when needed...
    What is the standard or start point of test and npp racio ? (switch from Test E, to Test P EOD, now is find the best start point...)

    your only running 350mg a week of NPP and only for 8 weeks .. its highly unlikely your going to have prolactin issues or need Caber

    I don’t think there’s a consensus on test to deca ratio cuz like windex said there’s no one size fits all approach. I’ve read a good starting point is twice as much deca as test. So 175 test for 350 deca. But everyone is so different. Some guys keep the test really low and the deca high. I’m sure some do 1 to 1 ratio.
