    Does anybody know??

My GP here in England tested my TSH cholesterol and testosterone last week.
He has said no further action needed.
My TSH is 9 but last July was 6.6.
T4 conversion has gone up aswell.
Testosterone was 16.6 last July but is now 17.6.
    Cholesterol was 4. Now 4.6.

My question is. I have been self administering testosterone cypionate 60mg 2x weekly for 16 weeks now.
Strength gone up alot. Feeling fuller. Running was easy last week. Boxing class easier. Thinking I'm weighing around 280....
Would such a low dose of test alter my numbers in 16 weeks or do you think my thyroid is gradually worsening?
Also what is 17.6 in the upper numbers if anyone knows?
    Thanks

    your thyroid needs addressing.
120mg of test a week will shut you down.
so you test level is coming from your injections not your testes.
    17.6nmol/l is 508ng/dl

Going from the 16.6 to 17.6 would have been naturally occurring do you think?
I also read that taking testosterone can bring thyroid levels to normal over time. Any truth to that do you think?

I have no f*ckin clue what those numbers mean. What is it with the medical community that there isn't a universal way of measuring things? Good thing we don't do the same thing with age numbers. How old are you? - three fifteenths.

Levels naturally fluctuate - a 6% discrepancy is nothing to panic about. You are never going to have the exact same hormone results each time.
