Body recomp without gaining or losing weight?
Is it possible? I haven't gained or lost anything during the cycle I finished 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping I at least recomped some? I look a little thicker everywhere and my shirts feel tighter, but I'm not heavier.
I know that we are either in a caloric surplus or deficit - if we're right in the middle, are we just spinning our wheels, then? Should I just focus on cutting and then bulking back up, or should I stay the course and keep lifting heavy and upping protein, cutting carbs, etc?
