Bergytrons first cycle log
Ok fellas,
Here it is.
Im 38 be 39 in july
215 lbs, bf% is 15ish im guessing. I have a crappy body caliper I need to use I guess.
Calories are around 3800 a day.
Have blood work need some help interpreting please.
Im just following Austinites first cycle routine. I got:
500 week test e for 12 weeks
500 iu hcg for 12 weeks
Aromasin 12-25 mg eod. for 14 weeks. Could use some insight on this.
PCT is Clomid and Nolva
Ive been lurking around the site for years off and on. Ive read that list of Austinites a thousand times and always thought, well Im almost ready. Ive had this gear sitting in a box collecting dust for a while now so Im supper excited to begin this. Gonna start pinning Sunday.
Several years ago I did a half cycle of test prop. It was amazing but of course like a dummy I didnt have any AI and couldnt get the rest of the test to finish it off. I didnt have any bad reactions and although I didnt get blood work done I felt like I came off of it fine. The general consensus is that you shouldn’t use an ai unless you need to or know your e sensitive.
Especially If your not gonna run the dbol and just do 500 test you shouldn’t take an ai so you know how you respond.

Looking like a a great base bro, cycle looks good, you've done your homework you got what you need in hand and have baseline bloodwork. Good to see all of that.
What's your goals to get out of it? Strength and some size?

Agree here, don’t think you’ll need the aromasin (good to have on hand though, just in case). If you ran prop before without it, should be good to go. Otherwise, great cycle and great base. Calories look to be spot on for bulking too, puts you at about 500 over surplus. Could go over 3800 if needed. Good luck and have fun!

I want both. Haha. I'd like to hit 235 not sure what that will correlate to off-cycle like to plan out around 225 maybe.
I've been a big fan of windlers 531. Right now in the gym 4 days a week but I'm going to up that to 6. I want to stick with the power lifting routine. Squats and calf raises and lots of them.
Strength is where it's at though.
Off that half cycle of prop I remember feeling awesome so I'm just going to push it both ways size and strength and see what I get. To the moon.

To hit and keep 20 lbs, will come down to diet and macro splits being dialed in. I’d call that a bulk, holding 10 lbs post cycle is more than doable especially since this is essentially your first real run. Eat like a mofo and you’ll also recover quicker so 6 days a week is doable, don’t underestimate rest and recovery though. Muscle grows outside the gym. Don’t be scared if you add a little fat during a bulk, id also put you lower than 15% based of your pics, I’d say closer to 12.

Front load.
Ok so I did first pin on Sunday. 250 a test e 250 hcg .
I read on another post you talking about front loading around a thousand MGs a week. Wasn't sure are you saying it works or it doesn't. I'm thinking about upping my dosage for the first two weeks.

So I'm retarded and can't math. I put 5 cc of bac water in my hcg 5000 iu. That's 1000 iu a cc. Maybe I was nervous or excited but I put 1/2 cc in my belly (500iu) witch seemed like a lot. Should I call it good for the week? Also would that give a guy the shits cause yesterday I felt like dog shit and was pissing out my ass and felt like crap.

Half life of HCG is 36 hours to maintain steady state you need to inject every 3.5 days. 500 twice weekly is a quite common protocol but so is 250 iu’s twice weekly. I’d start on the lower side. I’d wait 3.5 days and do 250. In fact, I’d make that my protocol. 250 twice a week. And yes, HCG can cause GI issues. However as part of my TRT, I’m prescribed 500 iu’s 2x a week and never experienced any GI issues. Everyone is different though. (I’ve backed my HCG down from 500 to 250 but I was dealing with elevated E2 and was doing all I could to get it in check).

Okay so last night was my fifth pin which started week 3. Still not feeling real energized or that much stronger. Labido up a bit and I weigh about 222. So I gained a little weight but I think that's because of the calories I'm forcing. I did up my dosage on the last pin from 250 to 375 so I'm getting 750 ml the week of test e plus my 500 ml a week of HCG . Just going to keep going and hopefully she'll start to kick in soon.

Ok update time. So I'm actually on week 10 now. Just got blood work done week 8. Not gonna post it because my Dr. Loves that I'm on cycle and has taken a real interest in my progress. We're about the same age and he lifts. Wasn't sure how he would react but super glad to have someone I can call also said he would prescribe me arimadex if I need it. Anyway, levels are good. He said my estrogen is at normal levels test was well over 1000. They don't test higher than 1000. He said blood volume was a little high but he expected that. Good for cardio if I we're doing any.
I'm 225-230 on a daily basis. Body fat has gone up a bit but not too bad. Strength and endurance are great and the pump right now is rad. I'm thinking about going for another 4 weeks making it a 16 week cycle. 4000 calories has been hardest to maintain. It fucking sucks eating that much.
Overall, like Obs said. I love this stuff. No gyno issues. Had to get a little acne wash cause my shoulders and back but not bad. Can't wait to do a cycle with dbol and deca . Maybe a little tren after that. Anyways here are some updated pics. Still need one with wheels. Will post that on leg day.

The sauce is addicting man, if you catch the bug like some of us do - before you know it you'll be running multiple compounds and rotating them. Looking good, you'll look even better after once you get rid of some of that water.

Thx. Yeah I stuck with it for the most part. I ended up dropping the recovery week though. Can't see it in the pic but I can see striations in my quad now.
