high estrogen vs low estrogen on tren
Hi everyone my last trenbolone cycle i did not bother managing estrogen. but i have recently read a few times and watched the video below where people say if i keep my estrogen low while on tren i can eat a ton of carbs and it will not be stored as fat and simply get sweated out is this the case? and in this state the only way for fat to be stored is if i eat fat. protein will be used for muscle repair and carbs will be simply took to one side and burnt off

Jason Blaha is brain dead and clueless. Take what he says and throw it out the window. Not even remotely close to how Tren works in humans.

Tren + high levels of estrogen = mass and size gains . if you want to bulk while using tren you need estrogen. when cattle are bulked up in ranching and they are injected with Tren they are injected with a shit ton of estrogen at the same time and this is how they put on 80 pounds of tissue. without the estrogen they don't grow.
Tren with low calories and low carbs = getting flat and leaning out very quickly
Tren with high amount of carbs = getting that big full round muscle popping look. as Tren is an awesome nutrient partitioner and will help drive a ton of glycogen in your muscle cells and make them pop. but you can't be to far in a calorie deficit.
in regards to the basis of what was said in post 1 . these guys don't understand basic diet nutrition and biology, let alone adding the AAS factor to the mix.
the idea that having low estrogen will allow you to eat all the carbs you want and just "sweat them out" and not store them as fat is beyond silly. so silly that the whole concept is perhaps just a spoof or joke and these guys can't be serious

So your saying the someone's e2 has no bearing on how much carbs get took to the side and Burt off? Does tren even do that anyway regardless of estergen this was always my understanding well it explained the sweat. Am I wrong about this or is the calories that is Burnt off only like 20% or 10% or somthing like that or am I just talking utter bullshit and need to shut up

this is person and situation dependent . but in general, think of it this way . if your 'androgen' levels are on the high normal range, then it would be ideal to have your estrogen levels on the high normal range as well.
well, when you take massive amounts of steroids and androgens, guess what your androgen levels sky rocket 10 times higher then high normal range. therefore its also not out of the idea of possibility that your estrogen levels may also be way sky high past normal ranges too.
depends on the drugs your taking.
but its totally reasonable for guys that are not estrogen sensitive to have their E levels way above normal range during times of blasting bulk phases.. estrogen is extremely anabolic in the presence of elevated androgen levels.
restricting your estrogen to low levels when trying to bulk is counter productive

Estrogen is a hormone that plays a limited function in lipolysis (fatty acid liberation) and also plays an important role in glucose metabolism (storing carbs as muscle glycogen).
contest bodybuilders who end up crashing their estrogen too low before their show end up not being able to load carbs as muscle glycogen and end up being soft and flat on stage.
so just think about those two things . estrogen helps you burn fat and helps you shuttle carbs into muscle cells. you really think Low estrogen is going to be beneficial to "sweat out or burn off carbs''. . no. just the opposite. you need the estrogen to help push carbs into muscle instead of fat.
men with Lot T and Low estrogen levels are generally skinny fat. they have no muscle and they are fat. increase both their test and estrogen levels and they will get leaner and more muscular. estrogen plays a big role in all of this.
whoever you are following has a very skewed understanding of both Estrogen and Tren . he probably thinks estrogen is just some fat storing female hormone (not realizing that estrogen is actually the hormone that controls the male libido and sex drive.. estrogen is responsible for males desire to procreate. its not a "female" hormone.. heck the whole reason your balls produce testosterone is so your body can make estrogen out of it)Last edited by GearHeaded; 06-21-2019 at 09:35 PM.

Im on tren . What i learned What fits my body best and What i will do next year on my next trenrun is:
High pro
Saturated fat and salt as low as possible.
Mod healthy fat.
Estrogen high normal range.
High quality carbs, more and more every week.
Sollid cardio workouts 5 times a week. Possible more, but for me its hard to keep the thighs sweap when doing too much cardio.
