How much nolva on cycle?

Hi guys, I have read the threads by GearHeaded and he was saying it would be better to make better gains on cycle if you dont take your estrogen too low.
Im going to start a cycle of 1400 test prop and 400mg tren a week. And I will use half the dose of aromasin I were using in before cycles. I will use 12.5ed. So I think i should run nolva just to not aggravate my existing gyno (puberty gyno, not due to cycling, anyways its barely noticeable).

How much nolva should I use to avoid the gyno?

Weight: 239lbs
BF: I dont have a measurement unit, but I would say 15% or less.

I dont remember right now how many cycles have i run, but I would say like 8 cycles, combining test, deca , npp, dbol , proviron , tren , etc.
Most I have run tren was 1200mg a week for a cuple of weeks with 800mg of test. But it was only a test to see what could tren do for me, as I get 0 sides from tren, only some night sweats every now and then.
Right now I do only want to do 400mg tren because I know if up it more It can lower my appetite and thats not what I want in my bulking cycle.

With 1400mg of TEST per week I would start with 20mg daily.

Well i would do at least 20mg per day for the tren , you will need an ai with that much regardless of tren thats huge amoubt of test, would help to run mast with the tren but you said you got no sides from tren. At least that is what your thinking. 1200mg tren has sides SOMEWHERE as your bw would show this.

20mg a day was my usual go to - but, with that much test for me at least it lost effectiveness over the years
