Dbol at high body fat?(pics)
Is my bodyfat to high for Dbol ??
Really like the sound of Dbol and test but worried I might die from liver shutdown and convert to much estrogen I have loose skin under my chest!

Starve yourself for a few months and lose 20-30 lbs. before thinking about steroids . 10 lbs a month should be your goal.

I’m doing a test cycle anyways since my levels are already low I will wait to do Dbol downthe line I cut to 189 and was looked even worse remember I used to be 300 pounds so a lot is loose skin!

It has nothing to do with your baseline Test levels and being one point off hypo.
The fundamental problem is your body fat is too high. This means one of two outcomes
(1) You will get a lot of side effects from aromatization and estrogen conversion.
(2) You take an AI to stop outcome (1), so you get no side effects, but because you've crashed estrogen and your ratio of Free Test to Estrogen will be skewed. This means you will get very little out of your cycle, making it a waste of your time and money.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

What about all those powerlifters who use test those guys are all buff and what you mean crash estrogen someone told me on another thread I’m fine just adjust ai according’ I have proviron also

What are your goals? I think the extra skin from weight loss is throwing us off. Yea powerlifters carry some extra fat and im sure lots of them use dbol . Did you research dbol and want to use it? Or you just have some laying around and your looking for an excuse to start taking them?
Try anavar instead. Plenty of strength gains without the risk of high estro. You can also try adding in masteron to block some of the affects of estrogen. And DIM.

Absolutely extra skin, I took someone advice and they told me to cut got 189 just end up loosing the newbie gains and looking even worse i bulked up about 30 pounds and started looking significantly better! And my goals are gain weight I wrestle and don’t wanna be out weight a lot of those kids are a lot of roids and walk around at 300 pounds I walk around between 230-235 at 6,3 so I’m lean! And wanna compete in a few powerlifting meets like I said I lift big weight so have my strength goals I don’t mind having a few extra pounds of fat!

There's no cookie cutter AI dose, it doesn't work like that.
When you are lower body fat you have the luxury of running higher doses and used ancillaries retroactively instead of proactively.
Your current situation you are going to be chasing side effects.
A lot of powerlifers also phase cycling to mirror their phase training protocol. Powerlifters are not running 500mg of Test lol.
There's no such thing as a cutting or bulking steroid . You can do anything with any compound. The fact that you thought anavar was for cutting only shows you have room to grow in the comprehension of steroids before cyclingI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

You have received a lot of really good insightful information here from several very knowledgeable members.
You never clearly stated your goals. I understand aesthetically speaking you did not like the way you looked sub 200lbs. So I would figure you are looking to maintain current size and recomp somewhat. If this sounds like what your goals are clearly state it. Then the question ideally is what compounds would help this given your current state. If I had to guess Dbol would not be in the top 3 or so compounds to run for a recomp.

Start making SMART Goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timeframe).
Determine a tracking method that you will be able to hold yourself accountable too (App, Fitness tracker, journal/logbook, training partner, etc).

500 mg of test e for 10 weeks
250 mg of test prop a week kickstart first 4 weeks! Was planning on doing standard 12.5 eod! From these people’s responses i will wait to do Dbol !

Diet first. Then get training dialed in.
Cuzz your numbers ARE FAR FAR off from powerlifting numbers at that weight and body comp.
235 bench 405 squat 550 Dead (dead seems best lift)
Get to repping 315 on bench then start gear

I was close to 315 on one rep max at 145lbs no gear.
Don't be lazy, your 6'3 for God's sake and 240.
Put the work in, it's very unsafe for you to be messing with steroids right now

You need 2mg of Arimidex every day, and 120mg of Dbol is a good starting dose. Don't forget to protect yourself with on cycle support like Flintstones Gummy+ and Senokot.
Would also buy a full bench press suit, 3 lifting belts, 4 knee wraps and 6 pairs of wrist wraps. You are gonna get hella swole fam need to protect them joints.
Once your jacked AF (as the kids say), buy an entire skid of Trojan Condoms from Costco. Rent a u-Haul for transporting condoms home. You will be waking up covered in vagina on cycle (since low body fat men are gay anyways as you say).I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

If your using aromasin 12.5mg EOD is a god start.
Arimidex .25mg EOD is a good start.
But this may not apply to your case, as higher body fat increases aromatization.
There is no cookie cutter dose
Dose is dependent on blood work.
But that being said if I was you, and going to use dbol in an amount that will produce gains (30mg daily) on top of a cycle dose of test (250-500mg weekly)
I'd be using aromasin (milder than arimidex) at 12.5 daily while on dbol and test, once you stop the dbol and just keep test on board I'd lower the aromasin to 12.5 every other day.
