    Cutting protocol.

    What’s everyone’s cutting protocol. I’m looking to really get down sub 8%. I’m 21, 5’7 170lb. I have cycled in the past very well knowing side affects and long term affects. I know the risks and even though I appreciate the criticism but I am very well informed. I plan to compete late this year and I know I have a lot to go. I just started a 600 a week test e and 400 a week masteron e cycle. I know usually in the cutting faze test is usually brought down. I have been talking with a coach lately but I am interested in the vets on here’s advice.

    Personally, I’d be running a bulking cycle. 170lbs is pretty small if your looking to compete. Masteron is a great drug during prep.

    If you're looking to compete you need way more muscle
    Recomp at least

    I agree with above info. Post your diet and let the guys critique it for a good bulking phase.

    you have a good solid base to build on. so build on it the more muscle you build the lower your bf percentage will be

    Someone else's cutting protocol is useless to you.

    It's more beneficial to determine which compounds you respond well to and how to maximize your nutrition.

    I disagree to a point. Most bodybuilders use the same cutting protocol........ because it works.
    With that being said, I do agree that there are many variables that require adjustments. Hell, just with my aging, I have made tweaks to previous cycles.
    What I fail to understand is why people not competing want to cut. A proper diet will get you there.
