I’m going to be starting 10mg/day. I am a female. Diet and lifting in check.
I workout at 4:30am. Do I take 5mg on an empty stomach before workout and second dose in the late after noon? Or should I take the first dose with post workout meal?

I would take your first dose upon waking and your second dose late afternoon

Does splitting the dose make a difference? In what ways?

splitting the dosage is not absolutely necessary , but it will help extend the half life some and optimize things to a small degreeQuote:

This is my second cycle. I take 20mg/day. It's a capsule, and that would make splitting it difficult. I've always taken it in a single morning dose. I'm happy with my results and never suffered side effects, so I was just wondering about what difference I might see if I bothered trying to split capsules
you would see about a 3-4 hour longer exposure time to the VAR and at higher concentration levels.. that sounds good on paper, and if you were on the drug long term (months) it may make a good difference over the long term . but for say a 8 week cycle I think the results of this difference being made on your physique itself is probably negligible
You can do either and it will work just fine. In a perfect world you could split it up every 8 hours. I typically do my orals on an empty stomach but if it bothers your stomach eat something first.Quote:

Var to a guy seems quite lite tho - only thing I really noticed was a strength increase - quite noticeable tho, some fat loss & a little bit of hardness
