Planning cycle for friend, need help with PCT

Hey guys. My buddy wants to try a cycle. He's probably 165 lbs, shredded. He wants results fast, is impatient, etc. I know, I know, but he's dead set on doing it and keeps bothering me about it. I already have an idea for what the cycle should be, but I've never done a PCT myself since I hopped directly into a cycle and TRT, so if you could give me advice on what to take and in what doses after the cycle is over, I would appreciate it.

    Cycle:
    10 weeks
400 mg Test Prop / week
    200 mg Test E/C / week
    .25 mg Adex x 2 / week

    PCT:
    Nolvadex ?
    Clomid ?

    thanks

Personally, I would make my friend do the research and plan his own. Point him to good resources to learn from, and maybe a legit source. If anything goes wrong in this case (gyno, bad bloods etc.) He would only have himself to blame. Instead of blaming me, because I planned it, and should have known or something. Just my .02, if you care about the friendship dont complicate it with things a dr would.

As already said, tell him to join and learn how to do things as safe as possible. If anything goes wrong he will just blame you.

I don't see the point in running 200mg wk of test c/e either in the proposed cycle.

Pct would just be standard, surely you know that.

Well, if you’re going to watch over him why may as well give him something that’s going to give him what he wants.

12-16 weeks (10 is to short for long Esther test)
    But supposing 16...

    1-16 Test Cyp 500mg /wk
    1-4 Dbol 20mg /day
    10-16 Anavar 50mg/ day
    5-16 HCG - 500-1000iu / wk

Scratch the AI, unless it’s needed.
He can run 10-20mg of nolva a day.

Two of my friends have asked me the same thing ever since I jumped on gear. I laughed and told one of them to learn how to actually work out for longer than a month, then learn how to eat to grow lean tissue. The other I told to figure it out on his own. Pointed him to some great websites ( this being one of them) and said ask me anything once you’ve started reading.

If you can’t tell him a standard PCT, then you shouldn’t be planning anyone a cycle yourself.
Why the test prop and enanthate? Odd doses also.
First cycle should be simple as simple gets.
    300-500mg/week Enanthate/cypionate.
A/I if needed. And I wouldn’t suggest .5mg/week Arimidex anyways.

Have him make an account. If he isn't capable of self reliance and educating himself then he shouldn't be cycling.

Requiring a babysitter is just a recipe for disaster. It's exactly why people change coaches more than they change socks. You become liable and the scapegoat.
