    Not strict at all. Im naturally lean and have a high metabolism. Being lean is just in my genetics, i have 4-6 meals a day usually a shake also, two shakes if its a training day. My main foods are eggs chicken tuna and alot of white rice. My body loves carbs, i try and get quality macros in and then extra calories from cheat meals here and there. Like i said not strict at all for me, i need alot of food to put on size. I never work abs or ever do any cardio. My goals are size and strength i just happen to have small joints and lean comes natural.

    Some days if I didn’t get enough calories,I throw in like a burrito from chipotle or something along that lines is that bad?

    Calories are calories. Surplus, you grow. Deficit, you lose. The benefit of the chicken and rice staple is it’s a proven, healthy combination in a diet. It’s also easier to track your macros and adjust depending on what your goals are if things aren’t going the way you want..

    Eating different bs every day obviously works, but then you get into the “unhealthy” foods. Hard to track macros having x amount of ice cream and whataburger one day and then the next dominos pizza and chipotle.

    Eat however you want. If you’re consume enough calories you’re gonna grow. It just might not be the most health conscious way to go about it..

    I agree you would notice a difference, but because of the added processed junk in those foods. The carb is still a carb and protein is still protein, it’s the other additives that are bad.
