    you got to pick and choose your battles. you pick specific working sets as your failure sets

    I've seen the same over my lifetime as well. Guys overwork on warm-ups basically fatiguing themselves therefore preventing them from handling more productive heavier weight. Obviously warm-ups are necessary, but they should not be done to the point of impacting actual working sets. Save your energy for what's important and make progress. BB'ers can learn a lot from powerlifters. I highly recommend training with some if you can.

    Only time I go to failure is sometimes on a last set drop 50% set. In this case it seems to work well, but I totally see what you mean by the spotter getting a row workout. Unfortunately I see that quite a bit in my gym as well.

    I'm resurrecting this thread of mine, even if its just motivation for myself ..

    heres a tip I posted

    Wait wait wait, so now they’re not even bad for you? They’re actually good for you??? Well then I need to up the dose to compensate for all the stimulants that are shortening my life span so that I can at least break even.

    on a serious note -- yes the majority of AAS were invented and are used for life extension purposes, to heal sick people, to treat various diseases, to prevent muscle wasting diseases and bone loss, for anti aging, to help heal burn victims , , and heck even pre mature born infants are given Primo to help them grow with very little calories.


    so I find it funny how the one class of drugs that are actually invented and used for anti aging purposes , is the one class of drugs that mainstream media will say will shorten your life . lol wtf. they have it ass backwards (and the same media people will have cocktails every night and take anti depressant drugs, yet 'anti aging steroids ' are so bad)

    this was YEARS ago that I got a script from an anti aging clinic in FL . back then I had a lot more disposable income then I do now.. I think I paid around $370 a bottle for the Primo.
    I ended up running it, with no test, for about 4 months and felt amazing..

    however, I've ran Primo plenty of times since them from various over seas labs , and I paid way way less then that and also felt damn good on it.

    so my conclusion, primo is primo as long as its legit .. but I've heard the opposite in regards to Deca . True prescribed Oragan brand deca-durabolin cannot be duplicated. no UGL is making or selling you actual Deca-Durabolin, just selling your basic Nandrolone , and there is a difference supposedly.. I've heard of some high level coaches that will only have their clients run actual deca durabolin , and the dosages are much lower.. like 250mg compared to ugl nandrolone guys running at 1000mg

    I have Deca Durabolin scripted - it has changed my life. It's costing a pretty penny. I have never used UGL Deca though so I don't have a comparison to draw from. I have used Nandrolone No Ester but that feels apples to oranges.

    How did you use the NNE? I don’t feel like there’s a purpose for it really? I’ll use Test & Tren no esther as a pre workout, but nandrolone doesn’t work in that sense.

    I pinned 3X per day. I wanted to blast in 4 week blocks and not have a delay with Ester.

    IE

    4 weeks at 900 NNE then (per week)
    4 weeks 600 NNE + 600 Tren Base (per week)
