Help me for first cycle

Age - 27 year
Gender- male
Height- 5’8”
Weight- 73 kg
Body fat - dont know ( body pic in attachment)

I want gain lean muscle mass.
My diet will 3500 calories in cycle.

Protein - 250g
Carbohydrates- 400g
Fat - 100g

Which steroid use for lean muscle mass ...please tell me precautions and how to use it .
What i use in this cycle for like as liver protection, heart protection, kidneys protection, etc. Attachment 177068

Everything you need should be in there
For liver organ protection there is NAC, TUDCA, and 5% nutrition organ defender (there's other brands too). I don't use any of them because I think its something that helps 0.01% and a waste of money. But a lot of people do. Good luck

Protein is too high - adjust carbs higher.

I would focus on diet and put on another 10-15lbs before cycling to have a better base.

Man this is very basic stuff. Most people will recommend between 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. I personally eat 1.5 grams per pound of lbm. You have to play with the ratios to see that works best for you. You need to have a good understanding of what works with you before messing with steroids to maximize results.

A quick google search will tell you the differences between the 3. Need to have a baseline of the easy info before expecting help. Show you’ve put some time in instead of coming here just to pick fruit

OP, no offense bud but I couldn’t tell you’ve lifted a thing. You’re not close to your natural potential (or any potential) and you’ll likely bloat up and fall back to exactly where you were before you started, except your nuts will be smaller, your hairline will be slimmer and you’ll have a few zits to add to your collection.

You and “Naturally Hard” should be pen pals.

Maybe read a fucking stickie at least

I suppose I should have elaborated, but it was a pretty specific question, and once you start telling these guys shit they don’t want to hear they quit reading anyway. Also I don’t really believe in prop or really any short esthers for newbies, and here’s why. Most newbies don’t like injections. I’d say 30% if not more are butt hurt AF when they find out they have to run a test base just to take orals. Then they’re further butt hurt when they find out you should really be injecting Cyp or Enanthate every other day or at least twice a week as opposed to once a week. Now you’re throwing prop at them. Prop costs more. I know technically it’s cheaper by the vial, but most prop is dosed at 100mg/ml and most Enanthate or Cypionate is dosed at 200-250mg/ml. So there’s that. Then realistically you should be pinning every day. No newbie likes that. They’re shaky and inexperienced with needles and now they’re stabbing themselves 3 times as much as they have to be which means they’re going to have to start rotating injection sites. And on top of that propionate has a tendency to have a bite to it. Now I know none of that means anything to us, but that’s all a bit to take in for someone who has literally never administered an injection on themselves in their life. (Now me, I wish everything came in injectable form, because I have the gag reflex of a nun). So, stick to your Cypionate or Enanthate for your first go around. Stick it in your butt (or wherever) every 3.5 days. If you’re taking HCG (and you should be, because it’s awesome) take it at the same time. Now if you were running a short Esther cycle you could get away with 8-10 weeks. I’d say 12 is a minimum for long esthers and 16 would be better.

Then if you want to PCT off there are plenty of stickies and threads about PCT. I don’t pct off anymore so I don’t worry about it. Kind of wish I never did. Sooner or later you’re probably going to quit doing it anyway once you realize going on and off all the time is a horribly inefficient way to maintain mass and strength. But that’s a while down the road yet, so don’t concern yourself with all that right now. This first cycle is just for fun and to “dip your toes into the pond” so to speak.

A couple tips though:

-Unless your source is SUPER reliable, and even then, it’s a good idea to have everything you need before you start. This includes your pct, clomid, Nolvadex, and enough Nolvadex to take 10-20mg a day on cycle Incase you find yourself prone to gyno. Good idea to have some Arimidex or aromasin on hand too. You probably won’t need it, and you definitely don’t want to take it if you don’t need it, but it’s kind of like having a fire extinguisher around.

- Get more that what you need. If the dog barks and you drop your last vial on the ground, you’re gonna be sad.

- Be clean. Seriously. You’re injecting shit in your body. Keep all your stuff in a very sanitary area. Keep your syringes and tips in the wrappers until you’re going to use them. Use alcohol swabs to swap the tops of the vials every time you’re going to use them. Swap the injection site before and after injecting.

- Don’t freak out about every little weird thing you feel going on in your body. Placebo is a very strong thing, and chances are the small amount of testosterone you’re injecting is not responsible for anything. Example: if you sleep funny and you wake up and your back hurts, don’t assume you must have destroyed your kidneys taking steroids. And for God’s sake leave your nipples alone...

If injection, inject every day then i have no problem but it will safe. If test prop is good for me then i use it. But i dont know how to use test prop ...i know test enth and test cyp

You are asking very basic questions. You need to do research. The type of questions you are asking show you don't understand steroids.

I don’t understand why we would give someone who obviously has taken minimal time to read and learn about steroids any advice at all. My best friend asked me to get him steroids and full protocols so that he doesn’t get acne with full instruction on how to take everything. I laughed and told him to get reading. Come back when you know some shit...
