mid-cycle blood review help

These are my mid cycle blood results from 7 weeks into Test E 500mg 12 week cycle.
im 30 years old and bf is around 20% 500 mg test E
500Iu HCG (once a week) started from week 4
0.25mg arimadex EOD

results of blood test: total Testosterone is 2846 ng/dL (seems working well) but my may problem
is estradiol before cylce was 32.21 and after 7 weeks of cycle it have became high estro 74.1 pg/ml
so my plan is to increase arimadex 0.5 eod ? so need help and advice
and also I'd be happy to hear anyone's input on my blood test numbers

Are you having any side effects? If not I’d just leave it alone. Your estrogen levels are supposed to go up.

but isnt 74 pg/ml consider high and above range and until now no side effects from gyno or low sex drive or blood clot.....

and plzz if someone can reveiw my blood test bcuz have no experience and its my first cycle

All your results look great to me. I wouldn’t worry about the high estrogen levels if you’re not getting any side effects. Estrogen is very anabolic in the presence of increased androgens, so it’s going to help you grow.

All your other numbers look healthy and in range to me.

Agreed I definitely would not raise AI dosage if your not exhibiting any high E2 symptoms. The whole point of a cycle usually is to gain muscle, allowing your E2 to climb (provided no symptoms) is beneficial to muscle growth from what I have learned. Honestly I would likely back off the AI and let E2 conversion levels be dictated by your body naturally, again this is provided you are not exhibiting elevated E2 side effects.

now im confused, how is E2 benefiting for muscle growth ? N why do most keep advicing to keep e2 levels low if u r proving a point that e2 helps in muscle growth
N how can u trust e2 conversation without taking arimadex and isnt it better to stAy on safe zone by taking a o.25 mg eod

Aromatase inhibitors are notoriously hard on your body. More so that most if not all AAS. People advise you to keep your estrogen levels low because they don’t know any better. They just associate it as a female hormone, and the cause of gyno. What you want to do for growth is keep it as high as you can without growing a set of tits. You can accomplish this by taking 10-20mg of Nolvadex throughout your cycle to prevent estrogen from binding to the receptors, while still allowing your levels to be high.

I don't want to hijack your threat, but I'm curious on two questions as I'm preparing my first cycle. Very similar to yours.

1) How's the conversion from ng/dL to nmol/l on Testosterone readings?
2) What would be an acceptable range for Testosterone (ng/dL) for the mid cycle?

2) your dosage of mg per week multiplied by 4.5 = ng/dL average for most people (provided quality gear)
