4th cycle - advices

Hey guys, as every year, October is coming and im about to start my 4th Cycle and was really looking for advices.

first Cycle: 25 Years old: Test plus Anavar during first 5 weeks (500MG test Mon Thurs) for 12 weeks.
Recovery: back to normal levels.

second cycle: 26 years Test at same dosage of first one but this time i ended up adding Boldenone, wich i loved, at 600mg week split in 2 dosages.
Recovery: took me some more time to recover, my first blood work came with low test levels but after a couple weeks of doing it i started feeling better, did it again and it was pretty much close to my regular parameters.
third cycle: 27 years - this time i did only 250mg of test weekly and once again, boldenone (this was my first attemp at a cutting cycle, wich was successful).
Recovery: Way better this time, had low sex drive for first time in my life but after PCT everything was solid and good.
End of this Cycle: Last February. Duration: 12 weeks, plus 4 weeks of PCT -.

4th cycle: Would like to start right after my 28 Birthday (October). Im looking for an advice regarding my 4th Cycle; im pretty much convinced once again, on doing Test at 250MG split in 125mg dosages twice a week to avoid getting bloated and get even more shredded (posting pics of myself down here). But im wondering what should i actually add to it, in order to get better results. I dont want to touch winstrol, since Anavar gave me cramps, i would think winstrol would do the same and i know its harsh on the liver. Im considering Masteron; but i might have to inject 3 times a week if im not wrong.

Any inputs?

heigh: 1.85c
weigh: 93kg
body fat: 13% (might be lower at this time)

I would do:

250mg Test
4-600mg Mast
5-600mg Primo


Mast E can be injected twice per week just like Test E, but I would recommend doing 3 injections per week (MWF). This will give more stable blood levels and reduce amount of oil per injection since the above plan would require 10 or so mL and doing 5mL per site is not the best option.

you mention running a cycle to "get more shredded" . personally, just my opinion, but at your height and weight and looking at your pics , I think you could use a bit more muscle and size. the more muscle you put on the more shredded you can get later on. right now with only 3 cycles under your belt, it doesn't make a lot of sense to take two steps backwards and try to lean out , when really you could use a good 1.5+ years of growing.

I'd look at running something where you combine androgens , estrogen, and anabolics and stack all 3 of those with a growth factors protocol on top of it

something like
test (estrogen), Mast (androgen) and Deca (Anaboic) .. stacked with MK677 or HGH, with an insulin secretagogue or a very high carb diet (your growth factors). you'll get plenty of synergy between all of these combined.

Hey Windex, nice to hear a reply from you after so long of myself being away.

I could try this: 100mg test 200mg mast 200mg primo; 3 times a week: Mon Wed Fri.

Totals in mg: 300TestE 600MAST 600PRIMO

I would definitely consider this! I always wanted to run masteron due to the hardening it produces according to cycle logs i saw.

I could also think about 300test e and 600mast e split in 2 dosages weekly; to avoid being a pin cushion, haha! but well, after a couple cycles i dont really care about that.

Do you think ibutamorem is worth it? About Deca; that was my first thought.

If you plan on pct then maybe reconsider deca. It is very difficult to restart natural test in my opinion. My levels didn’t come back to normal, on trt now. You could bounce back fine though. Just my 2 cents. But yea man looks like you could use a bit more muscle before considering a cut

yes . any GHRH/P peptide or GH secretagogue is worth adding it in.. just based on potency and convenience MK677 (ibutamorem) is a good choice for sure.

if your after more size and hypertrophy then stacking that with an estrogenic compound and androgenic compound is going to be best

agree with this , only you'd probably want to add in an anabolic to that stack,, Deca, EQ, Primo, etc.. just to add more anabolic load (test and dbol by themselves are great for androgenic and estrogenic load, but by themselves are on the low side in anabolic load)

DBOL 80MG ORAL 8 WEEKS
MASTERON ? I would really like to run it this time, but could also consider Equi once again. Feels like we're getting closer to the final result, thank you so much GearHeaded.

Masteron works in the body more like an androgen then it does an anabolic (sure it has some anabolic properties).. MASTeron . MAST means "breast"..Masteron was developed as an androgenic drug to help treat female breast cancer and blunt both estrogen and prolactin receptors. thats why its great to run Mast with progestin based compounds like tren and deca.
but Mast is not a pure anabolic. thats not its purpose. it wasn't invented to help build proteins. where as things like Deca, Primo, and EQ are pure anabolics that were invented for the purpose of building muscle.
I often time consider Masteron an "ancillary" compound as an addition to a cycle.. in fact you'll see a lot of the client AAS protools I write up will have a base cycle laid out, but under "ancillaries" you'll see things like Nolvadex and Masteron mentioned to have on hand.
then of course depending on the phase of the cycle, masteron may be added in as a main compound (mainly during an androgen phase).

just something to consider. Mast is a great compound and goes well with almost any cycle . but you gotta know what its purpose is

He said he was keeping test low to avoid bloat...higher test and dbol will have the opposite effect per my my experience...
