    Any natural Ai's out there?

    Am gonna be running a low dose blast of test e and npp. Usually use examestane as my ai but was curious if there's any other ways to combat estrogen besides these drugs we use. I just notice hair thinning whenever I add in the aromasin .

    For example for prolactin I have been using b6 instead of caber and have not had a problem since.

    Interested to hear if you guys got anything.

    well you just said you were going to run a "low dose of test" .. why would you need an AI at all on a low dose ?

    as for the NPP - thats not going to add aromatization to your cycle (if you ran NPP all by itself with no test your E levels would actually go down, not up)

    there are "natural" OTC products that do work though .. Eradicate from Blackstone labs for example . also DIM

    I'd stay away from AIs and Exemestane if at all possible, especially on a low dose cycle. AI's are completely unnecessary health risk for 98% of guys that run gear

    DIM would be the best option and honestly works better than an AI for HRT purposes. however, you should monitor your health anecdotally and run bloodwork before introducing it Willy Nilly. Most people do not need anything to control estrogen on low Test. Step one is understanding that fact to get past the mental roadblock.

    Thanks for the input guys. Gonna look into them. Just hate taking extra stuff when prob don't need to take it.

    Anyone got any suggestions on a good test npp dose to start off at. Never blasted low doses always was a 750 mg test and 400 npp guy

    So 300 test and ,300 npp prob don't need an ai then tho huh?

    Probably... but everyone is different. If you're used to running "750 mg test and 400 npp " you likely know how estrogen sensitive you are.

    if you were to take just 300mg of NPP by itself with no test , your estrogen levels would likely go DOWN not up . so really the only thing you need to consider is the 300mg dose of test. and no I would not recommend running an AI with that dose of test while on cycle . if your on cycle and trying to put on a lot of muscle, your going to need as much estrogen as you can tolerate

    Thank you. Only thing I sometimes get is that moon face so really don't want to get that but hopefully on the low test it won't .

    I’ve heard cruciferous vegetables are great for estro blocking..as low dose test as your at..might be best just to eat your veggies

    I'm still baffled by the idea that lowering estrogen is generally considered a good thing.. especially in bodybuilding. an essential muscle building and health promoting hormone shouldn't purposely be lowered when your trying to add as much size and muscle as possible (totally counter productive imo)

    I guess my thought would be , if you want lower levels of estrogen, then don't run compounds that elevate it in the first place and you'll never have to worry about how to go about lowering it.

    the whole reason I may run 2 grams of test and Dbol is cause I want my estrogen levels to skyrocket . if I didn't want to elevate my estrogen levels I surely wouldn't be doing that in the first place.

    its like training with heavy weight 5x per week and eating a ton of food to put on as much muscle as possible , but then when you gain a couple pounds you decide to fast and do 5 hours of cardio per day. your defeating the purpose and just spinning your wheels

    I like a good chunk of estrogen in the winter when I can put my hoodies on lol it’s my off season and the summer it’s time to run a non aromatizing compound and get dry and lean..
