Sore/puffy nipples

Im on day 14 of my cycle


150 tren e/w
150 test e/ w
Tbol 40 mg/d for 6 weeks plan
Taking liv 52 from the start 4tabs/d
P5p b6 200mg/d

3 days ago i started having really sore itcin g nipples no lumps .
It gets much better since and today its abite sore and realy less noticable just alil sensetive when u tuche them.

Got nolva on hand
Mybee the tbol is dbol and i fucked up with it?
Any advice guys?

Armidex or aromasin
This should have started and prevented this from day one.
Get some fast as for the nolvadex u can take until you start a AI

It’s probably just hormone fluctuation. The long esthers are really just kicking in. If you’re worried about gyno you can take 10mg of Nolva everyday, but you shouldn’t need it at 150mg of Test a week. Just keep an eye on it.

Why would you start the ai on day one unless you’ve previously needed one?

your only running 150mg of Test per week . thats the only thing your running that Aromatizes and your dose is very low. so NO your puffy nips are not from elevated estrogen.
its just hormone fluctuation , and likely the progestin effects from the Tren (making you super sensitive to hormones like estrogen).

I would NOT take an AI with this cycle and only running 150mg of test per week. you'd likely crash E levels and end up with a whole host of other problems besides puffy nips.

also, if your fairly new to AAS (first 3-5 cycles) then this is a common side effect, again from hormone fluctuations .


running Masteron with the Tren would have been a good idea, as it helps blunt progestin effects

Never had this side effect even on 500 mg test and 300 deca.

Still i'll add 10 mg off nolva to be on the safe side

10mg of Nolva isn't going to hurt and worth a try..

MASTeron , MAST means "breast" , its an androgenic AAS that blunts both progestin and estrogen receptors in breast tissue.. so it can work as an ancillary (like a SERM) but its still an anabolic that will help with physique goals as well.
300-400mg per week will give you protection but also be a high enough dose to provide anabolism as well . you can run it the whole cycle . I generally always recommend running Masteron along side any 19 nor (progestin) based cycle

That is a trt dose not really needed.
But every cycle I have done 500mg of test or up I used a AI the day I started so it can build up as the test does.

And I know. Plenty of people who can run 500-700 mg test with .5 mg adex e3d no Issues and they add 200mg tren e and get swollen nipples.
Even adding deca does it to them and they add caber.

19 nors like deca and tren are progestin based compounds .. they will act on progestin receptors and thus make you overly sensitive to estrogen. it does not matter if your estrogen is high or low, the sensitivity will still be there (which is why AI's don't do crap for 19 nor based estrogen issues)

the best thing to do is add Masteon to 19 nor based cycles. Mast will blunt progestin receptors


note- for guys that are not estrogen sensitive though.. the fact that 19 nors make you estrogen sensitive can be a good thing and help you grow (eg., increased hepatic IGF production via estrogen sensitivity in receptors in the liver)

I'd stay on the Nolva for a couple more weeks , 10mg a day isn't going to hurt anything ,, then yes finish off the cycle with the Masteron in there
