I’m not as familiar with it as some but for one it has almost zero side effects. It’s pretty effective at building muscle even when calories are restricted where as something like deca really isn’t. It’s very good at preserving muscle in a caloric deficit as well. Primo speaks for itself but it’s very expensive and often faked.

primo is only "special" in the proper context . put it in the wrong context and its not special at all .. but this can be said about a lot of AAS compounds .

a hammer is a great tool . when the job calls for a hammer instead of a screwdriver . if its the wrong job a hammer can be disasterous

heres some features and uses I like about primo

    - its great 'off cycle' cruising compound.. its extremely clean and low toxicity compound that can be ran long term as a 'TRT'. you'll feel great and have very little side effects (also won't skew your blood work much)

    - its a great background anabolic to add to a cycle.. its one of the best drugs out there at just simple up-regulating protein synthesis and not much else.. ie, want more anabolic load to your cycle, just add some primo

    - its a great contest prep or cutting drug. when calories are cut and cardio is high, primo will not only help you hold onto muscle but continue to help you build it (again because of how well it promotes protein. synthesis)

    - even at mega doses , 1000+mg per week , its not going to give you a lot of the negative sides that mega dosing other compounds will .. your not going to find yourself struggling to walk up a flight of stairs, trouble sleeping, feeling toxic and lethargic, trouble breathing , etc..

here are some neutral things about primo (positive or negative depending on the situation and person)

    - theres no water retention with primo and it doesn't have any retentive based qualities. your not going to fill out your T-shirts on primo like you would with other compounds (inter cellular retention helps with muscle growth and adding mass.. primo does not have this quality). but this is good if your trying to look a certain way on the beach every day.

    - if your running Primo alone, with just say TRT, your estrogen levels will likely drop . I'm not sure how Primo is anti estrogenic but I've seen it numerous times on blood work. if your E sensitive and you want to keep E levels on the low end, then this is good. but if your trying to grow and blasting a cycle you may want to up your test or add in some dbol to get more estrogen.

    - Primo lowers SHBG (a hormone biding protein). SHBG binds up testosterone .. by lowering SHBG you'll have more free test available.

    Negative aspects of Primo

    - Primo lowers SHBG . SHBG binds up DHT more then anything else.. if SHBG goes down you'll have more free DHT available.. you may get indirect negative DHT based sides (acne, prostate etc). this is not necessarily the Primo causing the negative sides, its the DHT.
if your not DHT sensitive , then its not an issue

    - price . theres a lot more bang for your buck compounds out there.

    - injection volume.. Primo usually comes dosed 100mg/ml . well when your running 800mg a week thats a lot of oil

    note -
Primo is technically a DHB derived compound, though mistakingly people consider it DHT derived --
structurally Primo is probably the most advanced steroid thats been produced . this is why its so pricey. also the manufacturing process is more complicated then the making of other AAS --
women do very well with Primo--
Primo is such a safe AAS that its been used to help treat pre mature born infants

I’m confused about primo being DHB derived. I’ve read a few things saying it was DHB derives but of course most things say it’s DHT derived. Care to elaborate further or point me in the direction of some more info on that?
