    Question How long can you go with 500mg test per week?

    Curious to know how long is it safer to stay on 500mg per week dose of Test without dropping it to cruise or trt doses.

    That’s a little person dependent, but provided you keep track of your health markers you could run 500mg almost indefinitely.

    plenty of guys have done that for decades straight .

    I personally like to drop test down to about 150mg a week when cruising and then add a small dose of an anabolic like primo in there to fill in the gap.
    150mg test
    300mg primo

    thats a more clean and beneficial cruise then 500mg of test

    Agreed. I wouldnt advise running it indefinitely but if blood work was monitored and no issues, I guess you could. I would suggest 12-16 weeks and then taking that same amount of time OFF.

    time off = time on , may be optimal for health but is surely not optimal for gains. if your on for 16 weeks and then completely off for the next 16 weeks, then your leaving a lot of gains on the table.. its like training 6 months then taking 6 months off from the gym to let your joints heal , now sure your joints will be healthier, but your gains will suck. your better off training 11 months and taking just 1 month off.

    same with AAS usage if bodybuilding is a high priority . phase cycling with compound rotation with just occasional short 'off times' is optimal . taking half the year off though , thats basically "half natty"

    Anabolic doc said it could be safe to stay on 600 for life. But u need to watch hct, BP and damned prostate.

    300mg primo

    With 150 test and 300 Primo am I going to see the same boost? I mean on 500 test I am crazy strong, sex drive is always through the roof and gains are great. What if I drop test to 250 and Primo 100 (not worried about aromatize) or just have 250 test cruise?

    The off time is what kills me, just get destroyed, my natural test levels are on the lower side also (I am not on trt though)

    Off times kills the sh!t out of me, the reason I am deciding to cruise this time to maintain my gains.

    Sounds like steroids are in control of you instead of you being in control of yourself. If you have a massive difference going down to a cruise, and losing everything then your nutrition + training are lacking.

    Agree, I was more talking about strength and lifting power, lifestyle and quality of life and workouts, i do lose gains but then it stablises and I don't lose gains easy but then there is no more growth until the next cycle. I am just afraid to lose the goodies while on cycle, I feel like superman even on test only cycle and the continues growth, I feel stronger and faster and bigger on weekly bases when on test, off test and it all just goes to crap (not like I put on fat or lose muscles but more of the quality of life and workouts and growth)
