    Nandrolone and Joint Pain

Came across this today and thought it was interesting as I've been and proponent and have used low dose deca for joints for years now along side my TRT. It's short, give it a watch:

agree.. it wasn't mentioned in the video but I have often times suggested that Nandrolone has anti inflammatory effects in the body as well

    Is it this guy?

    How old is that video??

I’m extremely interested. Curious though if he was producing those videos to support the illegal prescribing habits.

I’m going to email the address on the video and see what’s up...

I want them to do a study on the effects of intestinal swelling in people with celiacs disease treated with nandrolone .

I have been on deca or npp for years. I only recently fully came off.

I have a gluten allergy. My body does not process it and the only manifestations of it were a specific type of dermatitis and gas.

The dermatitis is "skin writings" I get particularly itchy and you can literally lightly scratch a paragraph on my back and moments later it will welt up and for raised up writing a blind person could read with their hands.

    It was terrible for years.
Deca had rid me of it as well as nearly stopping my arthritis butt cold.

    Now it is coming back.
    Itching fits and skin writings.
The gluten damages the small intestine causing swelling and the effects vary.

I believe nandrolone stops this swelling and allows more nutrient absorption. I think it is obviously a great anti inflammatory in more ways than is known and I believe it should be a standard treatment for people with RA.

It has been documented that hypogonadal men treated with exogenous testosterone show reduced inflammation.

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/26020563/

The swelling caused from crohns disease and celiacs is very similar and I don't know why they overlooked nandrolone in this study.

I believe that if the patients had recieved it along with or even stand alone, nandrolone would have shown a much greater improvement.

    It all factors in too.

Celiacs disease, crohns disease, and osteoperosis go hand in hand and what is one of the best treatments for osteoperosis?

    Yep.

Aside from things being villified by media, big money drugs get the attention so nandrolone is overlooked and forgotten.

I think it is a miracle drug because I have used it since I came back to this game.
My bloods before cycling were terrible.

After two years of heavy cycling everything improved as far as vitals. Probably because my chronic swelling became non existent.

Obs that’s interesting to hear. I’m not sure that I have a gluten allergy, but I have developed some type of itchy eczema that I treat with hydrocortisone cream. I have had it for about 7 years now, but I also get intestinal issues like constipation, fissures, etc. Oh, and I’ve had joint pains for the last 7 years also.

I have just started taking deca with my TRT at around 150 mg/week. Now I’m curious if it will help with any of this. What kind of markers in your blood work are you referencing for improvement?

A few years back I ran acutane and after a month it started giving me debilitating joint pain. Would wake me up out of a dead sleep screaming. I was mining coal at the time so I could get away with crawling around cause the seam wasn’t very high so we had to crawl anyways. It was mostly my knees and hips. This lasted three months off and on even after I quit the acutane. I thought I was permanently fucked. I started running deca in a cycle and the pain stopped and never came back. Yes it’s possible it’s just a coincidence but I believe it helped me.

From what I’m reading in that article and my understanding of telemedicine the issue at hand is that the doctor was prescribing to someone/people living in a state (NY) that requires the practitioner meet in person with the patient. If the patient lives in another state that this is not required there would not have been any issues? Otherwise there are quite literally hundreds of clinics using telemedicine practices and breaking the law?

Sorry to continue this off topic but it is rare that I have seen nandrolone actually physician prescribed. I have first hand felt excellent joint relief benefits from low dose nandrolone.

It is rare. My doc will write it for me and insurance used to cover it. I had to get it compounded and eventually insurance found a way around paying for it. it was ridiculously expensive without coverage. Like $300, which I obviously would not pay. Much cheaper elsewhere....

I don’t think it’s off topic. You’re right, it had to do with it being in NY. I did call his new practice and they’ve since stopped doing any tele medicine however he does see patients and prescribe from a compounding pharmacy. Have to go see him in FL. Just fascinated by the subject at a whole since I suffer from some wicked joint pain. Great topic and and thread

CK, alt, hscrp, and b12 was low.

I cant even swear it was hscrp but I remember chronic inflammation which was also part of my RA diagnosis.

Last check was all mid range except choleserol but I was blasting tren forever

I’ve used nandrolone in different cycles over the years, but when I was younger I never thought much of it. I got more out of DHB or higher test cycles, or maybe I was just after something I could feel. So I wrote it off for the most part.

Well like a month ago Mr. Wizard threw it into my cycle and... wow. My right shoulder has hurt for a year and a half. A stabbing pain that prevented me from doing full ROM in pretty much anything, and would cause my right side to just randomly fail. Now there were some other things at play. Could be the MK677, could be all the wet compounds I’m running, could be the deca , could be the synergy between everything. I don’t know, and I don’t care. My shoulder feels great now.

At what dose? Was going to add 200 a week to my current TRT (200 a week). Looks like TestMonster is using 150 a week. That the general range most have used? Just ordered a bunch of Deca and excited to see if u can’t get some shoulder:joint relief

I like 250mg a week as a cruise dose.. when I want to ramp things up I'll bump that up to 500mg and add 100mg of NPP eod as well for the first few weeks of the blast

It's from poor cycle planning. You do not need a high dose of testosterone .

If your doc agrees to run the LC/MS-MS instead of the standard ECLIA then the deca won't interfere with test levels and you won't need to come off. If you can work that out. For Labcorp the LC/MS/MS has to be noted on the script otherwise they default to their normal ECLIA.

I am on HRT test cyp 200/week and I was taking 100 mg week deca , and hcg and GH. I love how deca helped joint pain but deca definitely effected my erections. Not a good thing. I stopped deca and things returned to normal. I would run it again if it didn’t have that side effect.

I cruise on 200 a week of test too and just added 250 of Deca in hopes of alleviating some nagging shoulder pain. I’ve upped my test to 400 as an offset. What else can combat the ED?
Did you run any cialis or viagra? Paranoid of the same effect and worry about the mental aspect. Prolactin sides?

I ran a cycle of Deca years ago and did fine. At 44, shit done changed...

Not many guys will see a problem with 250 mgs deca , imho. If so, it's unusual. When it comes to cialis every guy should take it at a low daily dose of 5-10 mgs. It's one of the healthiest things a man can take. That and Vit D....

I cant speak for all but...

In my experience drca, tren , and all new AAS had much stronger sides the first couple of runs.

Since then I have no issues other than permanent psychosis.

My point is dont give up because of a little anorgasmia etc with deca the first couple times.

250mg should be fine for most, as kel stated.

I got anorgasmia and finally ed @400 for long durations. Little caber and havent had an issue since at up to 1000mg wk.

Not recommending that dose just stating fact

Hey I'm on deca right now and I swear it has helped so far with my pecker. It takes me ages to finish anyway so what's another hour or two.

No sir I’ve never tried viagra or cialis. A buddy said NPP didn’t have the ED side effect I may try that if my doc says ok. Other than that I have no other sides with deca.

I agree with Kel on Cialis for those without hypertension. It improves blood flow to tissues. However, it does this at the cost of a +~5 points of BP. Cialis is a large blood vessel constrictor and small blood vessel dialator.
    -
One way to make cialis more potent is to add something that increases nitric oxide. I have used capsules containing dark chocolate powder from CocoVia. I name that company because their product is the most potent and do not contain toxins like cadmium, as the dark chocolate from many other companies do. In the bedroom, I definitely notice the difference. However, they are terribly expensive, $220 for 6 months. They do have sales and even when I run out, I'll wait until they have a very significant sale before I purchase them again.

That's interesting. I was taking 10mg Cialis every day for about a month and didn't notice too much. I also eat a ton of beef liver which is probably the food that is highest in nitrates for boosting nitric oxide production.

Oh ok, so that's why it makes me feel like I'm going to die if I take a full dose. Everywhere I read people say how great Cialis is, how it improves blood flow, makes the gym better, etc. Meanwhile I take it and I can feel my heart in my asshole.

IDK if, and so therefore not saying the nitrogen raises bp.

Are you saying that at 10mg, you didn't notice anything from the cialis, not even easier peeing or stronger erections?

I am unfamiliar with the degree to which beef liver raises serum nitrogen. Is it significant? Can you post a reference?

I added a low dose of deca to my last 2 cycles for joint relief & it worked wonders - however I did need to add the Cialis. I was only running 150mg/EW, with 500 Test. Next cycle I plan on using it again.
