Steroids make you bigger EVERYWHERE poll
so I started training with a body building emphasis, from a cardio based sports emphasis, year ago. I've put on 60+ pounds maintaining abs and lower bf %.
but one thing I've noticed is that my pre set banded watches no longer fit me anymore,, my wedding ring not even close to fitting me anymore . shoes are tighter, ball caps are tighter, etc.. so its not just T shirts and muscle fullness , its actual joints and structures getting bigger.
plus, my eye doctor was surprised when I went in for an eye exam and he told me my contact prescription had changed drastically and went way down. I went from wearing a -11 to a -9 . so my eyes got better (when most people get worse over the years).
I'm blaming that on the HGH usage
anyhow, curios if you guys have or have not experienced this over the years

I have only been running gear a bit under two years but have definitely noticed the circumference of my wrist has definitely increased. Just as many others experience my wedding ring also no longer fits. If I were in my early twenty’s the wrist growth would not seam that extremely unusual but I’m 46 years old. Also I have not run any GH but my labs do tend to come out with igf levels above normal range.

I've been taking hgh for two months and my metal wrist band watches do not fit anymore. Maybe it's just water retention...

Body hair increased for sure but that’s about it. I plan on getting into hgh and I’m sure that will change a lot more.

I knew this was going to come up lol .
truth be told, years ago after being on juice for maybe a year or two, my wife randomly told me my dick was bigger while giving me head . I didn't respond, but in the back of my mind I was like "it was already big enough bitch, what more do you want"
it was obviously a big enough notice for her to actually say something.. so I'll take that as anecdotal evidence
