How to deal with blood in syringe without losing the oil

Okay I am old style and I aspirate, once in 100s I end up pulling the blood back to syringe, In that case I take out the needle, change the needle, pin it in a different spot.

The issue is I have to be very careful as the blood drops are in the syringe (as shown in the attachment) and if they get to the needle while I am injecting, the blood ends up blocking the needle. So I insert and push a little, wait for blood to go all the way up again and then push a little more and wait again for blood to go up before I push it again as everytime I push the blood wants to go to the needle, the whole process is just freaking tedious...

Is there a way to get rid of the blood in the needle, any techniques you guys use?

You can inject it to a different spot without getting rid of the blood at all, its your blood after all.

Hey, cheers Sorry I think I didn't explain well, I meant the blood blocks the needle when it reaches the needle while injecting so I have to be very careful such as when I inject a little bit of oil the blood tries to rush into needle, I can't let it go to the needle because if it goes to the needle it blocks it and plunger doesn't budge. So I push, wait for blood to raise up, push a little again, wait for blood to raise up :)

You can try a wider needle may be? Nurses dont draw blood with tiny needles not to damage red blood cells afaik

1000+ injections over 10 years .. I've never had blood in needle. I also don't aspirate. this whole thing seems like an unnecessary situation. just pin and go. shove the needle deep into a muscle, plunge that shit hard, and go on with your day :)

what body parts are you pinning

I’ve recently switched to 23G pins 25G was just getting tedious to fire 3ml of oil through I even bent a few plungers lol.

what body parts are you pinning

The whole mystery of cases where the person doesnt aspirate and injects the substance into the artery that can lead to death.. Can you explain please so I can have it easier

I’m with gear on this one. I don’t aspirate anymore. I did it the first couple of weeks when I started taking shit, but not anymore. If you inject in the designated areas, you’re not going to hit an artery. Now I also use a thin, short needle (25 gauge 5/8”), and as far as I know, there are no arteries that close to the surface. Even if I did inject into a vein or artery, I am injecting very slowly, so the oil would disperse into the blood anyhow. At least that’s my logic.

well that truly is a "mystery" :) because the odds of that happening are about the same odds as wining the lottery, going to the beach to celebrate, get bitten by a shark, and then get struck by lighting at the same time.

even if you tried to stick your muscle and hit a vein and land perfectly in it to inject thick oil directly into the blood stream , you wouldn't be able to.
thats nearly impossible to do even if you tried 5000 times.
this is why aspiration is no longer taught in nursing school.. in order to get into a vein you have to have the skills and tools to do so (like a phlebotomist).

a meat head with 3cc of test and a 25g needle its just not going to happen , even if he tried

So I have had that same issue.... mainly in my glute injections. My glutes are small... But I use a 1" 25g pin... I come from aspirating being the way to go and with that being said sometimes I would get blood drawing in... I would repin and inject. (blood never clogged my needles though) Now a days I try not to aspirate but sometimes I tug on the plunger slightly to make sure no blood comes in. I don't tug for an air bubble like I used to though. I don't know why the blood comes in, maybe knicked a vessel or something allowing some blood to come in??

Yes, roughly 60,000 miles of vasculature comprised of veins, arteries and blood vessels...don’t sweat it. It’s going to happen, just push it through.

Pretty sure I’ve blown half a CC of Tren right into a vein or artery before because the plunger went down 10x easier than normal and was almost immediately followed up by a violent coughing fit, but that’s all that happened.

if you get a bit of blood its likely just from nicking/striking a capillary . its highly unlikely the tip of the needle is actually sitting perfectly placed within a vein , and even if it was when you went to inject the oil it would likely blow back out..

you may end up getting a tiny bit of gear directly into the blood stream momentarily (but not the whole injection). this results in a burning sensation in your lungs, coughing, and a strange taste in your mouth and perhaps light headedness . goes away in like 15 mins or so

Where were you injecting and what was the length of the needle? Sounds not fun.

I use 23g needles. Never aspirate. Never had this blood issue before.

5/8” in my shoulder. Which is why I use 1” in my shoulder now.

In retrospect it really wasn’t as bad as I was making it out to be. There’s the whole “unknown” factor the first time something happens

If you’re dead set on aspirating and you get blood, pull it back a fuzz, aspirate again and shoot. To hell with resticking

well when your running 1800mg of test per week , its not going to matter if you lose a tiny of oil , your levels should be jacked through the roof to begin with

I don't understand, what do you mean do with the doses or missed dose? Just because there is some blood doesn't mean that it didn't inject into your muscle.
