Getting over and preventing colds and flu?
Seems like ever since I started juiceing I get sick more often and it last longer. This past week I've had a fever on and off, felt like total shit, and now a sore throat to top it off and I'm starting to get tired of it. What works for you guys to prevent and get over being sick?

I stay away from people and wash my hands after going to the gym. I don’t touch my face unless my hands are clean. I take vitamin c gummies 2x a day, more than the recommended dose because they are delicious. I wear warm clothing when needed. Never go out in the cold with wet hair, if you have any. Sleep at least 7 hours (or I try to). Eating vegetables and fruits helps. So far I have been getting sick less that when I wasn’t on anything.

There are a few studies that attempt to argue AAS causes long term immunosuppression and can be a precursor to autoimmune disfunction. I don't think the science supports it at this point.
However , some practical tips
- Replce one of your coffees with caffeinated tea with added honey.
- Cook with more rich spices (cayenne pepper, tumeric, ginger, etc).
- Sauna, 3-5 times per week
- Alcohol wipes in vehicle at all times. Most dirty surface is the tops of shopping carts, followed by your phone second ". Public restrooms are third.
- avoid antihistamines unless absolutely necessary
- only use activated / methylated vitamins
- increase vegetable and fruit intake (easiest way is through smoothies )I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.
