Mixed up my pills

Guys I just fucked up, this morning I got up and felt like shit, less energy and felt like I am bit depressed. Just didn't know what happened to my awesome mood and energy. Initially I thought I might have very high estrogen as my nipples have been hard as for two weeks so I thought hey let's try adex a bit just in case if it is high estrogen and that's when I figured that for last 2 weeks I thought I was taking 10mg nolva ED but infact it was half Adex (0.5mg) ED :( FUCK... I don't know how I mixed them up.

What should I do now? It seems to be crashed estrogen rather than raised estrogen but then why my nipples are hard if estrogen is crashed?

Arimidex is a non-suicidal inhibitor so it won't take long (like it would with aromasin) to rebound.
Pop some dbol for the next few days if you have it, no problem if you don't though. Either way, you will be fine within 1-2 weeks.
Adex (pharma grade) comes in very little pills and it is impossible to mix up with nolvadex in my case but I suggest you to keep pills in labeled containers so you don't have this issue next time.
In a nutshell, you need some time bro. It sucks to have low E2 mentally, but don't worry you'll be fine just stop taking it.
Get a bloodwork if you aren't sure about your E2 but I think after taking 0.5mg adex ED, it would be absurd to have high E2 lol

Thanks man, I am using dbol 20mg ED currently (still crashed the estrogen?) Any idea why my nipples are hard? Like literally very very hard and erected which confused me to understand if it's low estrogen or high.

FYI sex drive is still great, I have no signs of ED, libido is through the roof still ! That's what made me so confused

And yes you are right about pharmacy Adex, I am using UGL and they all same size (just different colours) ... Ended up getting the label maker and labelled everything

It's not just about low or high estrogen, it's moreso about androgen : test : estrogen ratio. Using that much Arimidex skewed the RATIOS which is why you are having issues.

Be thankful you didn't have Letro or weren't using a harsh oral that you mistook for Nolva.

I'm flabbergasted that this can even happen to someone. What Mickey Mouse UGL are you buying from that doesn't label their satchets?

they did :( pretty clearly on packages, I got pill containers as I don't like to keep meds in satchels so I put them in the containers, I knew the colour of Adex but no clue how I confused it with nolva (it happened last 2 weeks, prior to that all was good) ... Agree lol I only got aromesin and Adex as AI (lucky no letro lol)

now all labelled up.

Do you think I will start having ED and Low libido issues also?

Thinking to get bloodwork done, do you think I should wait a week or 2 before blood test?

I don’t see the point in wasting money on bloodwork. You know what you did. Your E2 is crashed. Taking test and dbol it should come back pretty fast on its own as long as you’re no longer taking an AI. Just give it some time and you’ll start feeling better. Everything will be fine

as far as the nipples are concerned do yourself a favor and stop touching them...they are probably erect from you checking on them several times a day(I'm assuming)...

More common than you think. Just to ease your mind... gyno isn’t a fast process. You’re not going to wake up one morning and be like “oh fuck I grew boobs last night”. It’s something you have to neglect for awhile. Also there won’t be any mistaking a gyno lump for you hard ass nipples. You’ll be able to tell the difference immediately. There’s also a really good chance you will never get it. Most people don’t. That doesn’t mean don’t keep an eye out for it, but it’s nothing to obsess about.

I love the body building mentality... blood turning to glue? No worries. Blood pressure sky high? No worries. Cholesterol levels shot? No biggie. Liver values smoked? It’s cool. Pissing blood? Whatever it takes... BB sized lump under your nipple? SOMEBODY HELP ME NOW!! Hair loss? GUYS!! EMERGENCY!!

Hahahhaha so true. I was just confused as hard nipples are sign of high E2, the reason I checked my pills and figured that I was taking Adex instead of nolva and therefore possibly crashed my E2 so I should not have elevated E2 therefore No hard nipples :) I just got confused between crashing E2 and having hard nipples at the same time
