Ok so i have seen alot of well knowledged people saying they dont use an AI. but how do these people deal with the lethargy im 3 weeks into my cycle im doing 50mg dbol a day and 250mg test per week 10mg nolva a day with liv 52 twice a day i am drinking 4 litres of water a day.
today is shoulders i am dreading it even though yesterday was a rest day. today i have zero energy i am dreading the workout my eyes are stinging. how do you guys do it ?
