Tren/Test/Var Cycle - Thoughts?

I've been doing OMAD/IF Keto (low-carb), cardio, weights for the past year or so and currently down to the following. I've lifted all my life, fell off when I was married, but now back in to it.

SW: 267 lbs, BF: 34%
CW: 210 lbs, BF: 21%
H: 6'1" , Age: 39

This would be my 3rd cycle, previous cycles:



1. Primo/Winny - This was a while ago, can't remember what I did.
2. Test E/Tren A/T3/Clomid - Overall good l results! I wasn't a crazy fan of T3 or Clen; so don't think I will be using these again. The Tren A (225mg-300mg week depending on EOD layout for 8 weeks) wasn't bad, wasn't a fan of the EOD pinning and had some minor sides but could handle them. The Test E I ran at 500mg for 12 weeks. Ran Aromasin throughout cycle too + PCT at the end.

Before I start this cycle, I want to first try to get down to around 190 lbs with bf of around 15%; so, I'll just be continuing my OMAD/IF Keto, cardio, weights in the meantime but wanted to get some feedback on this cutting cycle; not looking for massive gains but just leaned out look.

Week 1-12 Test E - 125 mg 1x week (Mon)
Week 1-12 Tren E - 200 mg 2x week (Mon, Thurs) (400mg week)
Week 3-12 Anavar 50 mg per day (350mg week)
Week 1-12 Cabergoline 0.25 mg E3D
Week 1-12 Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD or Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
Week 1-12 N2 Guard 7 caps per day
Week 1-17 Cardarine 20 mg per day
Week 13-14 OFF
Week 15-17 PCT (Clomid / Nolva)

I've been reading a bunch of posts, and this time I want to try having Tren higher than Test, and see how my body handles it. I was in between the following.

1. Originally had Test at 250 mg a week but dropped it down to 125 mg based on what I read online, should 125 mg be good with Tren at 400 mg a week?

2. Also, was going back and forth on either running this 10 or 12 weeks; does the 2 extra weeks make much of a difference?

I wouldn't recommend more than 8 weeks of tren.

You are not going to need any AI on 125mg of test a week.

I would recommend hCG.

Don't like the cycle layout at all

- Ridiculous amount of AI for an HRT Dose of Test

- Cabergoline amd DA is not the way to combat Tren

-N2 Guard is literally useless. You would waste less money using $5 bills as fire starter

- 21% BF after 2 cycles is a red flag you have to fix diet and nutrition instead of leaning on drugs

- Injecting Test once a week is a mistake

- "Weights in the meantime" sounds like you do cardio first and lift weights second. If you aren't in a committed weightlifting regime you shouldn't be anywhere near steroids - they are not a magic fix or crux

- OMAD and Tren do not mix

- OMAD and bodybuilding do not mix. It might work for the 0.01% genetically elite - but if that were the case you'd already be at 10% BF looking like Josef Rakich

- Keto and Tren do not mix unless you are actually in Ketosis with blood ketones of 0.5MMOL or higher. 99% of people do not do keto properly and end up doing a half assed low carb diet. Low carb diet = 24/7 lethargic on Tren.

Even for Tren E, don't run longer than 8 weeks? I heard that for Ace but I thought with E I could run longer.

Yes, good point...I copied the AI from my previous cycle when I was running Test at 500mg/week, but at 125mg probably don't need it.

Was thinking up bringing the Test up to 200mg/week (half of Tren) and I can just pin this twice a week (Mon, Thurs) at the same time as Tren.

I don't plan on continuing with OMAD when on-cycle; once I reach my desired bf then I'll switch up my diet to work with this cycle.

Hey man I would run that Tren E longer than 8 weeks... it's a long esther and takes longer to kick in and ramp up. definitely 10-12 weeks is fine. I'm actually sort of shocked we don't have people in here saying 'tren is too serious man... the sides and you're a new member so don't use it, you're not ready!' lol anyway tren e should be run longer than 8 weeks. 10-12. Thanks for the replies! Yeah, I guess I can see how I feel at week 8 and continue to 10-12 depending on how I'm feeling. Lol...yeah, I know I heard that a lot about Tren and not doing it early, but I did Ace and I felt pretty good; so hopefully it will be the same this time around.

Ok, so made some modifications based on feedback I received:

Week 1-10 Test E - 125 mg 2x week (250mg week)
Week 3-10 Tren E - 200 mg 2x week (400mg week) - [8 weeks but can go 10-12 weeks depending on how I feel]
Week 5-10 Anavar 50 mg per day (350mg week)
Week 1-10 Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD or Arimidex 0.5mg EOD - [On hand, only use if needed.]
Week 1-10 Instead of Caber going to use Vitamin B6, E - [Help with Prolactin if I even need it.]
Week 1-10 Nizoral 2% Shampoo or Propecia/Rogain - [Use if needed.]
Week 11-13 OFF
Week 14-17 PCT (Clomid / Nolva)

1. After looking into Caber more, just didn't like what I read about it but as long as I keep Estrogen in check I think I should be fine with just using vitamin B6/E. However, what type of dosages should I be taking with vitamin B6/E? Just run this 10 weeks through cycle?

2. I know Aromasin is a “suicide” inhibitor and I did take it in my previous cycle but was thinking of using Arimidex this time around but see it can have a "estrogen rebound" after cycle. I probably won't even need any AI on 250mg/week of Test but just wondering what you guys prefer?

3. Hair loss doesn't run in my family and it can just be my paranoia thinking my hair has been thinning recently, but I was thinking of using either Propecia, Rogain, or Nizoral 2% Shampoo to help with DHT levels. Has anyone ever used any of these on cycle? At what dosages did you take it at?

Udoxyl and Injectable Glutathione is what keeps tren in check, not Vitamin B6.

8 Weeks of Tren E is not beneficial.

Just because Ace works fine doesn't mean Enanthate will as well. Longer esters can have cumulative effects especially when cycles are longer.

It doesn't sound like you understand how Tren works. The fact you also ran in as a second cycle and now appears like it's going to be in every cycle is just going to compound issues in the future tbh. It's like being given a Ferrari as a first vehicle - who would want go to down to a Honda Civic after that.

Why don't you post up what a day of eating looks like.

1. - for me personally I have letro and caber on hand... Also I was using masteron @ 700mg ew which helps keep the estrogen down. I didn't have to use anything but some letrozole from time to time to combat a little puffy nipple symtems coming (lump under nipple starting which is a feeling i understand) Letro isn't the first choice for most but it works very fast... you don't need too much and with you running only 250mg test ew I think you could be fine without it. I'd possibly try arimidex even though I use letro but letro is definitely what I use and have. If I feel lumps ever which isn't often... I use letro from Iron-dragon and spray one pump per day for a 5-7 days it's fast acting for sure. It's a balancing act to keep estrogen down but not shut down. My experience is more so experimental on myself experience and not some scientist doctor who is good at explaining things. I'm sure you caught on by now.

2. I pretty much answered in #1 You probably won't have issues BUT you could... with 21% bf it could be easier possibly to have gyno symptoms but then again it's dependent on each individual... just have an AI on hand most certainly.. As for vitamin b6... I would recommend going to calvetsupply online and ordering some vitamin b complex. (injectable because ingesting gains you like 2% vitamin b and 98% lost or some crazy number like that. It's cheap because it's not 'human grade' but I called the vet to confirm it's the same thing and they said it is but they have to put 'not for human consumption'

3. I wish I could help out here but I don't know anything about hair loss prevention at all. I've cycled enough to realize I don't have male pattern baldness at all and I know I won't lose my hair. (cocky sort of answer I guess?) It's best to think and believe the best for yourself is how I think about my hair. I just KNOW i won't lose it... so start knowing that too lol. I guess if you truly have male pattern baldness gene then you'll know and can't think or wish it away. ;b

Ditch the cardarine cancer. N2 guard is a gimmick. Ditch that.

Everything else looks fun. I just came off a 600Test/560TrenA run for 12 weeks. Ran 30mg of Pharma Var ed for weeks 6-12. Asin at 12.5mg eod was perfect. Your Test dose should not require an AI and Caber is only used when necessary.

I’m 5’10 and 200lbs at 10%BF.

You need to definitely do some LISS in that cycle and I would recommend 2000mgNAC ed with 4000mgVitC ed for liver protection.

The TrenE can suck if you haven’t run it before. If it’s your 1st time on Tren, I’d definitely run Ace to start.

What do you think is the best way for dosing 50mg Anavar? Would you recommend 25mg every 12 hours, or maybe three times per day, or all 50mg in the Morning? Or does it not make a big difference?

When you poll a large group of people (aka multiple forums) it's perceived as looking for a specific answer to fit the narrative of your cycle. AKA asking until you get the answer you want to hear for self validation.

Anavar's half life if 9.5 hrs and some report it to be a little to stimulating to take at night. Also, your'e going to have an overlap, try to make that window centered over your workout.
Morning and mid-afternoon.
