    Hgh fragment

    Hello, i have hgh fragment and i read shoud use 0.5mg a day, first time in morning(empty stomach) and second before go to bed, but i usually go to gym in the afternoon( 4pm) so can i use 1 shoot 0.5 before go to gym or just slip 2 shoot moring and before go to bed?

    I think that's actually wrong now I look at it, and info doesn't seem to be easy to find. To my knowledge: It triggers lipolysis (stored fat to free fatty acids) so it is readily available to be burned (oxidation). If it is not burned it gets sent back to storage. So using frag any time besides before exercise doesn't make much sense (like the common recommendation of splitting it twice a day, but that works great for the people selling it)

    500 mcg fasting in the morning upon waking

    There is no place for another time. It only works in the morning when liver glycogen levels are still low. Fasting state.

    Too much snake oil floating around with no science to back up HGH frag in a statistically significant manner

    Step 1 is always to optimize diet.

    - Real HGH
    - T3 / T4
    - Cardarine
    - ECA
    - ECY

    all better options in my opinion / experience

    100% agree. There is no way to tell if it's real. Even if it is, the cost/benefit ratio is trash (not a particularly powerful fat loss product and it's expensive).
    Clen , eca, etc. All superior imo.
    That being said, I hate the way they make me feel, so if there are other viable options I would choose that

    Frag and other research chems are great. However, the incentive is that the "lab" put water in the vial. WHY!?! Because they can avoid any serious legal problems by selling water, calling it peptides, and relying on the placebo effect. You can't have any side-effects or overdoses on water plus, there is a reason why a new drug beat the placebo. THe placebo effect is real.

    if you have real HGH frag, your going to want to take 500mcg when your blood sugar levels are low (so prefer fasted state) and your about to engage in a lipolytic form of exercise ,, which means cardio, not weight training (cause with weight training that is mainly glycoletic in nature plus you don't want to train with weights with low blood sugar levels).

    hgh frag is NOT a fat burner/oxidizer. it simply releases stored fatty acids into the blood stream to be made available as a fuel source . its still up to you to actually use up that fuel source or it will go right back to being stored again
