    Talking 1st cycle (test e, dbol) proviron ?

    I'm about to start my first cycle this Monday
    1-12 weeks: Test e 500mg/w
    1-6 dbol 30mg(ed)
    I also have proviron , should I use it too? I know it's not gonna do much but it'll help in terms of looking solid as I read online..

    Hcg 250mg twice a week

    Pct: clomid/nolvadex

    Been training for 2.5 years
    Current weight 180lbs
    Here are pics of my current physique.
    I know im not the leanest but mass is my primary goal at this point.

    Any advice?
    What can I expect from this cycle?

    People are going to tell you to drop the dbol for a first cycle. I'd also recommend dropping the test to 300 or 400 but that's just me. Also dbol will not make you look solid but but bloated and watery.

    should be a pretty solid cycle for you.. yes you can add in proviron at 50mg per day , but I wouldn't start it until about 4 weeks into the cycle. that way you can gauge response to androgens and dht. you'd hate to break out in acne or something really bad and the proviron compounds that effect (proviron is going to increase DHT)

    1st cycle (test e, dbol) proviron ?

    This is basically what I did for my first cycle, but reversed. I started with 500mg test, then added in the Dbol later once progress slowed a bit.

    Ended up going from 175-ish to 205, and currently at 190, about 8 months later. All training progress has held and continued to improve.

    Didnít have to PCT because hypo anyway, so nothing to tell you there. Just went back to my 50mg 2x/week.

    ETA: I also stretched to 16 weeks, because Iím an idiot. vOv
