    EQ w/ TRT?

    I'm just kinda thinking out loud here, but does anyone have any opinions or experience with using EQ as part of a TRT?

    The reason I ask is that eating enough has always been my biggest struggle...fast metabolism with a small stomach is not a great combo. The most I've ever been able to consistently eat without puking is 3600. And inb4 "just eat more and you'll get used to it"....I've been stuck at that same maximum amount for the last nearly 2 years and if anything, my appetite almost feels like it's gone down as a result instead of up. I've tried just about everything there is to try regarding increasing appetite, but nothing has consistently worked. But I've never tried EQ, which seems to increase hunger significantly in just about everyone I've ever heard of who's tried it.

    I mention it as part of a TRT or cruise instead of just cycling because if I cycle and use that to increase my calories then come off it...well....there goes the appetite. I would think.

    I've implemented EQ as part of my TRT or cruise phases for a long time now. its a great compound to cruise on, if you can't afford Primo (primo is the king of cruising).
    300mg of Eq along side 150mg of Test is just about right . however I have cruised on EQ with not test at all.

    keep in mind that the whole appetite increase thing regarding EQ is over rated in my opinion. you may or may not notice a difference. but something like MK677 , thats the best appetite increaser out there. if thats your goal then I'd be looking at running MK for sure

    There are so many diet tricks to increase your calories

    - higher fat meats
    - liquid calories
    - 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter per meal is another 500-600 calories
    - Timing of meals
    - specific food choices
    and so on

    I bet if you post up a days of eating at 3600 calories we could find a way to get you to 4000

    Nothing I have found has been as intense for hunger as MK677.

    When I ran 1k EQ a week my hunger was intense. About 4 weeks later I added 12.5mg of Mk677 and it still increased. Mk677 is nasty for hunger!!

    Jesus you chug butter?! That is fuckin gnarly!!

    Anyway i keep heavy cream around when im bulking. I mix it into my oatmeal and shakes. Easy and tasty way to add calories. Butter is actually a really similar concept. I’ll mix a bunch of butter into my grits to get some calories. Definitely not half a pound tho lol.

    Eq boosts my appetite big time.

    Okay so it turns out I haven't tried EVERYTHING haha. I appreciate the responses. Good stuff to think about

    One thing I never had a problem with is eating enough. I use mj, so I always have the munchies - on top of that even if I Don’t, I still have a voracious appetite. I have noticed EQ also makes me very hungry.

    Take a look at people doing the new craze of 10k in one day eating challenge. If you cut off both ends of the bell curve (ie the professional eaters like Matt Stonie, or your 400lb freaks like Shaw / Thor) the majority of those guys are just average athletes / gym rats with revved up metabolism. No reason you can't eat 4,5,6k Calories.
