Coming back after a long army break

Hey steroid fam,
Like all men in my country i am
Obliged to serve in the army and that means I am not able to lift , mostly because my unit doesn’t have a gym and there is literally time only for rest . My diet is fucked up since I am eating in here although I am buying protein and bars to keep my protein intake on point.
In a month from now I am going to get a new transfer near my house and I ll be able to have access to gym and house food .

I was thinking of experimenting with Deca primo test and proviron .
Need help with cycle length and dosages .

My previous cycles were test with anabolics like var , provi and anadrol
