OP, everybody is always "asking for a friend". It usually goes something like:

"Asking for a friend, would it be OK to do a dianabol only cycle?"

"Asking for a friend, is superdrol at 50mg per day for 8 months OK?"

"Asking for a friend, does tren turn you into a man whore for tranny ding dong? No REALLY, asking for a friend."

So yeah, as HK suggested, have "your friend" create their own account, or we will just assume it is you. BTW, that isn't limited to this site, that is pretty much the rule everywhere.

And no, Tren E at 200mg per week without a test base would NOT be OK AT ALL. If "your friend"... eh, you know what? I'm just going to abbreviate "your friend" to "you". lol

Seriously, don't run Tren solo. Don't do your first run with Tren E, rather with Tren A as it will clear faster in case you get sideways. If this is your first cycle, don't do tren at all, do test only at 4-500mg per week IF you are really ready for it. Go read the planning my first cycle sticky to see if you are ready.
