TRT and fertility
Just wondering. If I go on TRT and continue to take clomid and hcg will I be fertile?
I went off a cycle to get wife preggers, my sperm count is good but my test levels are in the toilet. I was taking alot of clomid and hcg to get my sperm up. I thought my test levels would be good enough after a 3 month aggressive PCT. Not even close.
Just wondering what my options are here. Im feeling a little depressed lately to say the least.

As others have said, there is no true way of knowing whether or not trt can affect fertility to the best of my knowledge. I would think hcg would increase fertility at least my hrt doc says so.
Im not surprised your levels are shit after a strong pct, i give that shit up many years ago and glad i did. I personally wouldnt ever take clomid while on trt, hcg yes but not clomid

Studies have shown that the use of HCG in TRT favors fertility. It will still maintain natural testosterone production in the functioning testicles. The HPT axis (HPTA) is not inhibited.
Here comes a debate, many surf for a long time on the TRT without using HCG support to keep the testicles working, which inhibits the HPT axis.
Even if a person who has been on TRT for a long time wants to do a PCT POWER WITH HCG AND CLOMID FOR FERTILITY, their body or hormonal system will take longer to recover and, depending on the case, the individual can never fertilize a woman.
That's why I consider the advice I received here on the forum to always include at least 500 ui of HCG per week.

Correct and correct. Pct did not work for me i tried it after my 3rd cycle, it was a heavy cycle with test and deca , it just never came back. I went three years with very very low T, i got on TRT and have been for 4 almost 5 years now. Id much rather do trt than live with low T due to my steroid abuse in my late 20s... i now am on trt and just throw in some AAS from time to time
Pct does get some guys test back up and sometimes it doesnt, no guarantees

I would blast HCG on Test. Did you not use HCG from Day 1 of TRT?
You could try something like 500IU/day or 1000IU EOD. I would add DHEA at night with Vitamin D3 split throughout the day.
After that the laws of average should hopefully catch up. (Example ; say there's a 1% chance of conception, in theory sex 100 times would cause fertility).
Another important factor is stress - don't think of it as a performance, and don't let her get anxiety. Have fun with the challenge. Attach a sex swing to the squat rack, handcuff her to the flat bench. Take a vacation and have wild tropical sex.
Good Luck.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

The sperm or semen is made up of sperm. It is considered normal 200 to 600 million sperm per ejaculation. Where are you?

Anecdotal, but my first son was conceived on cycle (test at 600 per week), No hcg and my second son was conceived while on TRT (test at 200 per week) no hcg
I share this because there’s no gold standard and we all react differently. All you can do is try to optimize your results by following established guidelines but there’s no guarantees.
Best of luck in your efforts though, trying is half the fun!

I think it's great to use HCG during TRT and not after it.
Hear that high doses of HCG can desensitize Leydig cells, making the body never return to natural testosterone production.

Answer me one thing, guys saying they made children with chronic defects during TRT. In your opinion and with all your experience, this is a fact that may have come to pass? As the hormone axis is completely inhibited, and the body is only functioned with the external test coming from outside (synthetic) .. Do you consider that a child can be born with a physical disability or something during TRT?

Got it.
I’m not a geneticist, but I’d say absolutely.
There’s so much more to development then just exogenous testosterone factors. Predisposition and genetic factors play a much larger role I’m sure

Not positive how to read that. When there is something off there is usually a red mark beside it. There were none.
