hey guys... wanna help me out?
whats going on bros,
long time no talk... sorry i've just been busy with crap( work) and the gym. anyways i was just wonder if you guys can help me with putting a cycle together. I just finished the one you guys helped me with before and i had some pretty decent gains. it was my second cycle and i did:
weeks 1-10- 400mg of eq and 400mg of test cyp. every week
weeks 8-12 50mg of winny ed.. ( on week 12 right now)
Im still gonna do clomid and i am gonna take time off, i just wanna plan my next cycle now, and so i can start saving for it! hehe. anyways if you guys could help me that would be awesome.. I don't really wanna put on bulk just increases in lean gains. thats what i liked about the last cycle... so please help me up and any idea willbe great! thanks bros

Gains of lean quality are make or break from your diet. Post what you plan to eat with some experience level and you can get some help. The cycle looks good.

What length are you looking for? typical 10-12?
This would be my choice for a lean gainer for that length
wk1-4 75mg Prop ED
wk1-11 500mg Enan
wk1-10 500mg EQ
wk6-13 75mg Tren ED

pheedno.. that looks like a pretty decent cycle.. thats what lenght im looking for... its only gonna be my 3rd cycle.. should i run it longer than 12 weeks?

roidmanraging- i've been working out for about 7 years. i follow this eating plan, but make changes day to day to keep my self from getting bored.
The Diet:
8 egg whites with salsa
cup of oatmeal
Mesotech meal replacement shake
1 ½ cans of tuna
150gm of greens iie: green beans, broccoli
half of a sweet potato
8-10 ounces of chicken
150 gms of veggies
Protein shake 50grams(post workout)
cup of 1 % cottage cheese
40-50 gms of protein mixed with water/ 5ml of flax
Alternative meals
100gms of whole wheat rice
8-10 ounces of lean cut steak
150gm of veggies
8 egg whites/ 1 yolk
2 pieces of 12 grain break
1 piece of fruit
1 small cup of yogurt
working out intense 4 days a week.
Cardio in the am for 30 minutes 5 days a week

I think your origianl plan was to do a 10-12wk'er which says the consideration of a longer cycle wasn't being pondered at this time. I'd stick with the original plan.

also what is TREN ??? i never used it, or really heard about it before... also when should i start this cycle.. its time on= time off right?

01dragonslayer.. thanks for the info, but i don't really like winny.. hasn't really done all that much for me in this cycle.. i mean maybe the stuff i have isn't that great, but i don't wanna risk dropping the $$ on it and it turning out to do the same thing.
