Need some advice/experience..
Hello guys! I would appreciate some advice on how you battle with pimples /acne.. Story short..
Towards end of cycle (12 weeks) (2nd cycle in life) I get acne.. Not heavy, but it is here.. I use special soap and cream but it doesn't really work. Which hormones cause it. (cycle was test and dbol don't use AI or tamox on cycle) is it DHT causing problem? Can finasteride be helpful?

Need some advice/experience..
I’ll tell you the best thing for me is simple..I used to use a ton of different products on my skin, but my skin(important here because all of our skins are different) would produce more oils to counteract the drying by the acne products out there..removing the oils multiple times a day for me is what worked..your gonna have hormone fluctuations when using gear so the less hormone fluctuations the better my skin is.. it’s only at beginning or end of cycle that I have real issues
I use a regular wash clothes and hot water to remove the oils(right away in morning and at night are mandatory, but if you notice excess oils remove them at anytime during the day) then I rinse with cold water to close the pores..I do this in the morning and iam gentle with wash cloths you don’t need to dig in your face and open pores more.. just clean off oils and open pores to remove blockages which cause new zits and then use cold water to close pores..I’ve used every cream and wipe in existence and this works best for me..only reason I use cream now is topical on big zits before bed to dry zit up.my skin stays relatively zit free year round.
Keep in mind some people might have to take medication because they have really oily skin?
This is what works for ME..hope it helps a lil
Don’t discount it because it seems to simple.
Give it a try, might work?
Good luck

This does help, some people think its weird when you have dawn in your bathroom, but i dont give a fuck. Bodybuilders bodywash is great as well to. I also use charcoal products, from a company called yes too. They have a bunch of different charcoal soaps, with tomatoe something in it. I tried it and it works amazing, but the biggest thing is multiple showers to remove the oil.
You can also use accutane at a low dose very effectively.

its DHT and androgen load that causes acne (secondarily, hormone fluctuations and body toxicity can also cause acne) . NO finasteride will do nothing for DHT related acne, as the DHT receptors in the sebaceous glands in the skin are type 2 receptors and fina only blunts type 1 receptors.
if your acne prone due to DHT , then you may want to re consider your dosages and compound selection for your cycles..
for example, if I run 1000mg of test, and add in 600mg of primo, which will lower my SHBG, and thus free up more DHT into the bloodstream on top of all the DHT the 1000mg of test is also converting to ,, I will get acne pretty bad.
however, I can drop the test out completely. use a little bit of EQ and Tren to hit the androgen receptors apart from DHT, and use a little bit of Dbol to get the estrogen I need , and I'll have no acne what so ever.
you have to find compounds that work for you.. test is generally not one of them cause its high rate of conversion to DHT
also, Nandrolone at high dosage can cause acne due to its progestin activation leading to more oil production in the skin
also, any drug that lowers SHBG fairly substantially, when exogenous test is also used, can cause acne (so, Primo, winny, proviron , etc.)Last edited by GearHeaded; 01-03-2020 at 11:10 AM.

Kinda weird thing I recently stumbled across with this in another group. Dude was running TRT doses with Aromasin , because doctors are idiots. Anyway, he was terrified of gyno so I convinced him to drop the Asin and start using Masteron as his blocker. His nasty acne went away within a couple of weeks of making this change.
It was a shot in the dark from my end, but clearly it worked. Any weird feedback loops between conversion of test to E2 and DHT that could account for this that I am unaware of? I’ve looked a lot and haven’t seen shit. I just got him to make the switch to get the fuck away from crashing his E2, and a DHT derivative managed to clear the skin. Seems weird as hell to me.

my guess is that when your taking an AI when its not really needed, your suppressing the conversion of test into E2 and leaving more test available to convert to DHT and leaving yourself more room to have androgenic side effects over estrogen sides.
as for masteron, being it is itself a DHT derivative it is already 5 Alpha reductase reduced, via design, so it cannot therefore any further be converted (ie , it can NOT convert to DHT). and it also can't act on DHT receptors as DHT.
so DHT derived steroids are usually not very androgenic nor give DHT side effects (thats why women do well on DHT compounds).
note- unless your DHT derivative is greatly reducing SHBG, and the lowered SHBG is freeing up bound DHT, and your providing and feeding those levels with exogenous test and AI's
also, Masteron has progestin blunting effects. elevated progestin has a feed back loop associated with oil production in sebaceous glands.
so it could be that masteron also had effects here (perhaps the person was progestin sensitive with natural elevated levels even apart from runnin a 19 nor)
note - I did say that most DHT derived AAS are not very androgenic.. well at least on paper. via anecdotal experience, Masteron, though not very androngenic on paper, is androgenic in its effects (especially in regards to the cosmetic effects of androgens).
its likely its progestin and estrogen blunting effects that bring out its androgen characteristics to some degreeLast edited by GearHeaded; 01-04-2020 at 09:38 AM.

Thanks, that’s not too far off from what my guess was. All I could figure was either too much test being converted to DHT, or too high of an androgen load in relation to the other hormones.

Thanks guys for answers!! With this information now I know that's clearly DHT.. I didn't tell everything....I PCT after cycle.. Problem start appearing 2 weeks prior to PCT.. On cycle I don't use AI but after last pin on 3rd day I start took anastrazole 0.25 twice a week... So that's means less estrogen more testosterone converted to DHT... So there was hormones out of balance,if can say that...
Thanks again.. Ou yes and I found special soap that's keep skin pH level in optimal condition and Azelin acid cream that's working very well...
Thanks you again!!
