hate to break it to you but steroids will increase your metabolism so you have to eat even more when on gear....

1: Do not ask for sources here. You'll have to look to other forums for that. Do some research. If I can find these sources, so can you. Trust me.

2: I'm willing to bet I have one of the fastest metabolisms AND smallest stomachs here and even I made it to 215 at 6'2 before cycling. I don't personally believe that you need to reach your "genetic potential" before starting, but you have to really know your way around the gym and eating, at least well enough to be bigger than 185 IMO. I mean, unless you're metabolism is literally to the point of having a disorder, in which case, see a doctor first. If you're not putting down at LEAST 3000 calories/day, I wouldn't bother touching this stuff.

And do you actually keep track of what you're eating? I can tell you right now, ALL of us with fast metabolisms overestimate how much we actually eat, usually to a pretty drastic degree. Even if we're actually eating more than others, it's usually not by much. IME, most people around me eat ~1800 a day. I was considered an anomally with the way I ate....but where I was complaining that I had to be eating AT LEAST 4000 a day and not gaining any more weight, when I actually kept track of it, I was usually hitting no more than 2500 a day on a GOOD day. Still more than everyone around me! But not nearly what the muscular people in the gym eat.

If eating is a problem, EQ is the only thing I know of that might help (I haven't tested this yet but it's known for that). Supposedly, MK-677 will work for that as well, but I don't currently fucks with SARMs .

Trust me, I feel you on the eating, It's my biggest issue, but unless you legit have a disorder, you can do better. I'd say get to AT LEAST 195 before revisiting this. But that's just my opinion. I'm no expert by any means. I've barely gotten my feet wet on this stuff.

Hope your plateaued our with your training and diet..that said Liquid calories are much easier to get down..
Try to substitute some solids for liquids..cottage cheese goes good in a blender with fruit..you got eggs, egg whites ,whey isolate, iam sure iam missing a ton..for me it’s carbs that fill me up so eat less carbs, eat lighter foods no processed foods ..for me that’s fish and rice, they digest well and iam hungry in hours..find what works for you through experimenting..try a straight test cycle first..see how you feel, have Nolva and pct on hand and your golden..oh and diet diet diet is the most important thing imo journal your foods, digestion..you can get as serious and you aspire with this or you can take gear for nothing and be emo for awhile when you come off..it’s your choice

I'm a super ecto. Not that you could tell now.

    Learn to eat first.

I know it's not what you wanted to hear but that's the truth.

My key was diet and a good, low-volume workout plan.

Thanks guys. Yeah I have a fast metabolism and I’m pretty active. Not tryna be that body builder guy all buff and stuff just want that tone physique as well as some energy I’m hitting 38yrs old and read about eating and cycles and it’s just a complete circle. Kind of he said she said bs but yeah I eat alright enough to make me sick. Just was wondering what’s a great first cycle with test or any other 2020 up to date stuff. Happy New Years guys

You'll find plenty of info on first cycles on here but as far as diet is concerned, if you'd like real feedback just post it up in here or another thread. I'm sure some members wouldn't mind helping you out, myself included.

I have a fast metabolism as well. I thought I couldn't gain weight and would be in men's physique. Turned out I just didn't realize what eating really meant and there are some really easy tricks. Calorie dense foods like avocado and oils or nut butters go along way for one example.

Steroids are not magic and you aren't going to build any muscle without a diet in check. As everyone has already mentioned post your diet for improvement. Steroids are going to waste your time and money at this point.

Food is more anabolic than anything in a syringe or pill.
