I hate doing Glute injections but I cant keep pinning my thighs/legs. I pin test in my delts more and more lately but its only a small amounts and I dont want to try pushing 1.5-2ml of fluid in my delts lol.
So i pinned 1.5ml in my right glute last sunday and felt great until monday night/tuesday when it got really sore. Like a bruised muscle feels inside. Its just finally feeling better. I pinned 1.5ml more a few days later in the left glute and I was more careful, went slower and I've had zero pip. I'm pinning primo 750ML a week.. smy issue was injection speed and location. I think i was a bit lower on the glute than I should have been. The left injection went great and I said fuck it and pinned my thigh tonight and its been all good.
Just looking for advice on glute injections, whats your best method and any advice on what area. I know its upper outer quadrant but I feel like a fucking idiot... and look like one lol trying to do the injections twisted half around and looking in the mirror. I've always done injections in my thighs and delts until lately and I know this is what needs to happen I'm just not doing so good at it lol. Advice please lol
