    Mk-677 dosage

    Hello guys

I'm about to add MK-677 to my cycle next week, but I can't decide when to take it.

I read that it has a 4-6 hours half-life, so since I wanna use slin post wo, it seems the best to take it before the workout (in the morning) to work together with the slin after the wo.

Or if I take it before bed, it won't let me go to catabolic stage, and recover better at night, so it's also good.

    How do you use it?

i take it before bed it can make people lethargic.im taking 15mg at the moment was on 30mg but im cutting now and the hunger difference from 30mg to 15mg is huge for me. tbh i have allways thought mk677 half life was 24hrs

I'm not smart enough to know why the timing would matter relative to using slin (in any significant way). but FWIW, I take it first thing in the morning, and I don't workout until 6pm. I'm not taking it for the rise in blood sugar, although it does raise mine, I'm mostly hopeful its able to help increase IGF-1 and GH level (as these studies might suggest) and to help kickstart me wanting to eat for the day. I used to take it before bed hoping (as some have said) that it helps with sleep, but I didn't notice any effect.

I take mine in the evening, a few hours before bed. 12.5mg works best for me. At 25mg it made me a little tired through out the day.

I don't know if the timing matters or not, just thought that it's better if I have elevated GH levels when the slin pumps all the nutrients into the muscles.

Either take it all before bed or split into 1 AM or 1 PM

I like to take mine after my workout with a heavy protein shake so all my nutrition gets shuttled into my muscles..Hope it works for you like it works for me....Give it a try...You can always change it if it's not too your liking..... Good luck brother...

    Thanks guys

    Do meals affect mk?

I'll try to take it before bed first to sleep better, but I have a meal before bed. Is it okay to take it with the meal and the vitamins?

thats not how it works.. its not going to partition nutrients like that. its not doing any thing for you post workout . its a 'secretagogue'. its simply going to mimic GHRH. which is then going to stimulate the pituitary to release HGH when blood glucose levels are low, like when your fasted or sleeping. and THEN after that release of HGH you'll have a release of glucagon from the pancreas which will then free up stored glucose into the blood stream. and then that will be used along side the HGH as energy to help build and repair cells.

taking it with your post workout meal does nothing for that meal. taking it before bed when your going to be entering into a fasted low blood sugar state is ideal

    Thanks for the help.

I'll write down my experiences about mk-677 in my current cycle log.
