What to take besides preworkout
right guys preworkout has zero effect on me now i dont even feel the beta alanine tingle im gonna have to have a month or so off it. is there anything besides preworkout/alpha yohimbine. i have heard good things about ephedrine/eca would this be a good idea for a bit of a kick up the ass when im not feeling it or is there something better is there a steroid witch kicks in quick i have tried dbol for a preworkout before but did not notice anymore aggression/energy

Aggression comes from the mind. You don't need a full month off. 7 full days clean of all pre supps is plenty. I do this every 3 months, works like a charm. First 3 days are brutal, but get yourself together.
Also, if you must, oral tren .

If you're going to be taking a break from pre workout you shouldn't replace it with a stim like EC stack, thats not a break at all.
Only time i've felt aggression from a steroid is tren ace pre workout. But I don't like aggression for heavy lifts, only when energy is low (contest prep). For heavy lifts I just take 1/2 teaspoon of salt and down it with water. I get good blood flow with leads to insane pumps and that's all I need.
I know most people don't like to hear this but if you don't have energy for your workout and need that kick in the ass, likely something is off with your diet. Under-eating has been the case with me in the past.

I'm in the same boat haven't taken a break in over a year and I'm running mk now so I need all the caffeine I can get. I recommend cutting back over a week then completely off after the first day off it's usually not too bad (I'm more mentally dependant on it) stay off for a week or two and maybe just have a cup of coffee if you need it.

I haven't taken preworkout in years. It feels more like a high energy distraction and I feel like I lose focus and can't keep count of how many sets I've done....because for some reason, I can't count in the single digits. The education system has failed me

Interestingly, ephedrine never needs to be cycled from a tolerance stance, but caffeine does. They function completely differently. That said, long term ephedrine use has been shown to contribute to prostate enlargement, so that’s a thing. I though it was bullshit until the last time I decided to go on a month long run of 25/200 EC 4x/day. By the end of the month, pissing was becoming its own kind of obnoxious chore. Went away after a week of stopping though.
