Liver protection?
My first cycle of test e @500 mg/week and Stana @ 50mg/eod for 3 weeks yielded great results but fucked up my liver with acne on right side of my face. I have made progress since then. But I really need to accelerate the process to just close the gap even more and attain normal values again.
So, what are some of your best tricks/methods/tips to really protect and improve liver during and post cycle?
I am aware about Nac and took it on and off.
Taking 8g of Omega 3 fishoil /day
Clean eating,no junk

Liver and Acne aren't interlinked.
If you want to protect your liver you need to pay to play. Udoxyl (prescription version of TUDCA) and Injectable Glutathione.
Milk Thistle, Liv52, Random liver proprietary formula, NAC are all mediocre.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

exactly this especially if your going to play hard (like hitting 150mg of anadrol a day and drink on the weekends)
but in general you can get by with NAC .. I recommend 1800mg per day. then Choline and Inositol, 750mg a day. then milk thistle, 450mg per day
thats basically going to cover you.. if things get bad, yes for sure inject glutathione is best bet . Tudca as well.
also keep in mind nutrition.. things like sauerkraut , beets, broccoli, baby kale, whole eggs ... have liver supportive benefits. so make sure you have your micro nutrition on point. eating simply rice and chicken every day isn't going to cut it.
also, keep in mind that liver values can be elevated due to other factors and not simply your AAS usage.. if you take in too much high fructose corn syrup for example, that can inflame your liver

Haven’t heard anything on Udoxyl yet
But, Liv52’s seem to have a semi decent medical rep

Read this awesome open-access review: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6163782/
As for me, silybin and its derivatives are the most reliable phytochemicals regarding liver health. It's cheap and widely available, has interesting (although poorly proven) pleiotropic effects. All year round, large doses, at least 3 times a day with meals (poor t1/2)! Don't forget about PUFA (O3 especially), phospholipids are well documented.Last edited by MPharm; 01-26-2020 at 04:17 PM.

We have always had tremendous success with Synthergine. I've seen the proof in numerous situations through lab work.

Was it the test or the stana that did a number on your liver?

In conclusion : greens, tudca, udoxyl, nac, choline and milk thistle.
What dosages should tudca abd udoxyl be run at and what are some over the counter examples of them since I guess they might not be readily available here in India. Although, liv 52 is a household name so I'd trust it once again.

From my research I have found that all supplements are liver toxic and I've seen no evidence to support the claim that man made supplement are in any way good for the liver. If you want to heal your liver, eat raw beef liver. It has every nutrient your body needs. Why on earth would I eat a toxic plant such as kale or broccoli to get nutrients? All of the nutrients in kale and all other green plants are bound by antinutients, making it impossible for humans to get any sort of micro nutrition from them.

Anavar has been prescribed at low dosages to treat alcoholic liver disease . this is because it has regenerative capability and can help regenerate the liver.

On cycle my liver values even on orals were perfect .
When I went for a casual check up though cause I was feeling really sick , my values were 3 digits sgot and sgtp .
After 2 weeks on glutathione and Nac inositol milk thistle and choline ( the last 3 usually contained in a single suppl) my values were back to normal .
Note that if ggt value is on point it means your liver is not having an infection or anything , other values just show stress which is normal .
Udoxyl , Tudca or whatever are used by advanced athletes doing heavy steroid use , I don’t think it’s in any use for us who use 2-3 compounds .
