    Test flu

    Quick disclaimer:

    This isn’t my first cycle.

I have just started pinning Sust 250, will be E3d, and within 24hrs, nasty fever came. Of course, ibuprofen helped to keep it at bay, and yes, clean, legit, sterile, and not expired. Great gear. This isn’t my first experience with test flu, as my first go round was deca IM, and I fought a fever for the first 48 after each pin. Anyone else have this experience?

    Thanks in advance

Improve your diet to improve your immune system. Then you won't have that issue anymore unless you are having an allergic reaction to a carrier oil.

    Likely a diet problem

I get the diet question, but let’s not assume that my diet is crap. Is it possible that my immune system is fighting off the foreign substances entering my blood stream, and isn’t actually related to my excellent diet? Definitely not allergic to soy or peanuts, as those appear to be common in the oil suspension - both are noted in the manufacturers information (DutchPharma)

Higher testosterone levels may give men a weakened immune response to infectious illnesses like the flu. High test levels lower your immune response, could just be leaving you more susceptible to not feeling well. Could be an issue to your body and the carrier oil or the BA/BB. Tough it out, I’m sure it’ll course correct within a few days. Eat, rest and stay hydrated. Can up your zinc and vitamins B and C as well. Stay on the ibuprofen or Tylenol if you get a fever. Good luck

Much appreciated, I didn’t consider the zinc, I will add this to my regimen along with the C and the additional supplements that I take. I also considered splitting the doses more, and pinning more frequently.

    Thanks for your reply

Injection site is actually fine, no redness or radiating heat at all. A little pocket of swelling and that went away within 72 hours, which I had anticipated

I feel weird for a week or two Everytime I start a blast. It's the hormonal adjustments your body is like wtf. Unless you have an infection. If not it'll go away. Or you might die.

As @Sampson mentioned, high test, low immune system, my regular flu lasts max 3 days where if I get flu on test it lasts well 7 to 8 days... It could be you just got a flu at the wrong time, wait for a bit and see how you go...

My sleep gets affected when I blast, but I never experienced “test flu” or any type of rash from test. Sounds like an allergic response to foreign pathogens, an overreaction and production of histamines by your body’s immune system.

This is a real thing? I’ve never heard of this. What causes this?

I’ve heard them all - dirty gear, body has to get used to the new compound, etc - no one has any idea

My thought - you’re on illegal drugs, have a good day

wonder how many guys get "test flu" in the middle of summer .. why is it always coincidentally during cold and flu season that guys end up getting this "test flu"

So... Any correlation between high testosterone levels and a weakened immune system? If anything you’d think it would be the other way around.

I’ll break the mystery for you, doc. First experience with these symptoms occurred in mid-July, in Florida.
