Since my last test cycle and cruise I have put on a pile of muscle, I am so happy with my size although I need to cut, at least 6 weeks, I am in a situation where I want to keep growing while cutting, it seems to be the rough one. I was thinking if using deca on suppressed cals is a good idea or it actually kills the purpose of deca?
I never used deca before, just test and bit of Dbol. Currently on test cruise.
I feel so strong and growth has been amazing, I hate cutting :chairshot any advice?
You can cut or bulk on anything really. Diet is going to determine a lot more than the compounds. I however, prefer other things for cutting. Tren, Primo, Anavar, Masteron, Winstrol, DHB. I do think low dose deca has its place in any cycle though, not only for the anabolic load, but for the joint relief. Especially when using Winstrol.
Agree that it’s all diet related. DHB is what I’ve been using, at very low doses, and I’m maintaining size, losing fat, and strength is the same. When you start feeling weak in the gym and out of it, that’s when you’re dieting too hard. I’ve been discovering how to properly diet this last month. I’m finally looking how I imagined I should look like, all due to diet.
from the 70s all the way up until the 2000s. . deca was a very popular contest prep drug in pro bodybuilding. the combination of primo and deca for cutting has been used for decades.
yes it still works just fine today.
Deca is a 'pure anabolic' . its going to help you preserve muscle while cutting. works great for cutting, or bulking or anything else
Redz has had lots of success cutting with Deca + Dbol + Test

I've ran some small cutting cycles, doesn't take a lot to hold onto muscle, for me anyways...my favorite cutting cycle is 250 test 250 tren 100 deca, just enough..
My current cutting cycle is:
Test - 250mg/wk
Deca - 250mg/wk
Primo - 400mg/wk
Tren - 100mg/EOD
DHB - 100mg/EOD
Anavar - 25mg/ED
I can practically starve myself and not lose muscle. My caloric deficit is pretty big most days, except for re-feed days. Water retention is non existent. New veins and striations everyday. Joints still feel good. Probably never cut Deca completely out again. It’s not my go to blast compound, but I always like having it in the backround.
I am doing a small ad in a local magazine (nothing fancy, cheap little magazine) last 5 months I increased in size drastically, However I feel I am carrying some extra bodyfat which can go away before the shoot . mostly bulking all year long for my target size.. It's no biggie, I look and feel great but I want to see some more veins pop before the ad.Quote:
