    Tren and acid reflux

I've used tren in cycles several times and love it. Unfortunately i've developed an odd reaction to it. Whenever I'm on it i get the worst acid reflux. To the point that it makes me vomit at time. Then when off the acid reflux sticks around. Just not as bad. Has anyone heard or dealt with this? Is there anything i can do to prevent it and still take Tren? Im currently on a cycle that includes Nandrolone Phenylpropionate. I believe I read that is has a similar structure to ten. I this true? I've had some acid reflux while on this cycle.

I keep the head of my bed elevated while on it and take famotidine (Pepcid). Pepcid is an H2 blocker while Prilosec is a PPI. PPI is stronger and faster but the H2 blocker specific acids from being released. You can google and try both for yourself. I always keep tums and Pepcid on hand in my truck and at home for acid reflux.

Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP) is a much shorter acting ester of deca durabolin , not tren . You’re thinking of parabolin (tren hex) maybe?

I get crushing heart burn on tren, rotate HB meds and tough it out. Certain foods are worse than others, it’s another thing that makes tren a great recomp and cutting agent though

Man I’m getting heart burn on DHB and Sampson got me thinking it may be tren . Would make sense.

Are you taking any other meds regularly? One of my blood pressure pills gave me crippling acid reflux until I happened to switch to something else and discovered that’s what caused it.

Tren heart burn is super common. the reason this happens is a detoxification mechanism.. your sweating like mad and you have tons of stomach acid, this is your body trying to detoxify itself. I believe there is also a histamine increase and response thats going on as well that is also triggering this.
a PPI like Prevacid works pretty darn well .. but adding in a histamine blocker can also be beneficial (just don't run that for too long).

and you know what the other option is ? lower your dose !! at 300mg and under I have hardly any sides from Tren , at 500-1000mg I have all the sides, and yes horrible acid reflux and heart burn

note- if your histamine levels get too high from the tren, your going to get bad acid reflux, nausea, diarrhea , and it could even lead to heart palpitations and severe headache . so keep an eye on those sides as well .

plenty of guys take Benadryl (a histamine blocker) on tren to help limit some of the side effects (plus it can help you sleep)

I would do a TBSP in the morning and again in the evening for the 1st few days to a week. Then you can probably get by with less if you prefer.

Most definitely mix it in water, don't try doing shots of it straight.
