differnt approach to acne treatment

i was wondering what you guys do for acne..

myself i use Caladryl Clear lotion at night before i go to bed.. its supposed to be for poison ivy and all that but it works great.. it gets rid of those little tiny ones on your arms

B5 and a strong face wash/astringent. Doesn't help much but I'm sure it'd be much worse without it. I got a fucking tumor size zit in the center of my chest, i named it Lester.
