What could I expect first cycle as a noob?
Hey guys. So I am quite a noob in terms of stats and physique. I trained for about a year and saw jack shit in terms of gains. I followed good programming, tracked my nutrition with a scale and MFP etcetera. After a year and seeing no results I went to see an endo. It turns out I had incredibly low t and my endocrine system was shut down. I now am on TRT and would like to start blasting.
I plan to start a basic 500mg EW blast. I would have AI on hand as well, probably 12 weeks.
My current stats are:
6’2” 20yo
170lbs
16-17% bf
Main goals would be gain size, but also lean out. Are these goals realistic?

Yeah there is something up there?you should have best natural hormones in your life now..I would try to find the root cause before you do anything else.,trt at 20 forever is not ideal.,
No, gaining size and leaning out require to separate diets..maybe since your new to the game it will help..I suggest getting bodyfat down naturally..we can help you here, then when your training is great and your at a low bodyfat..add a surplus of calories and clean food and gain..

Sorry to hear that man..so your planning on trt then after this blast?maybe try trt for now till you get your body primed shed some bodyfat and get ready for a decent blast..
Please read extensively on all substances you put in your body and make decisions based on how important they are to you..500 mg is not bad man and with right diet and training I could see 10-15 total weight gain..remember some is glycogen and some is bloating ...

Completely depends of quality and quantity of food you eat.,
As for diet I always get good amount of protein in. Like I said I track my calories and macros. I get at least 200g of protein a day. As of rn my daily calories are around 2500-2600. Daily activity is 10kish steps a day on top of training.
I have all the gear ready for my first cycle, just looking to finalize a few things diet/training wise.
My training split for the cycle I plan to do high volume and high intensity just to really get to most out of this cycle as possible.
As for diet, I’m thinking a slight surplus of maybe 300-500 calories to hopefully help me put on good mass while potentially leaning out my frame.
EDIT: and as for food QUALITY, that will be the hardest part since I’m a poor student rn haha. I eat lots of canned tuna, fruit, popcorn, oats... basic poor bodybuilder food haha.

Quality food doesn't have to be expensive, keep it unprocessed is all oats, potato's, rice and chicken and eggs are all cheap..
Problem is with a caloric surplus how will you lose weight? Trying to bulk and cut at same time is not a good idea imo unless you have a lot more tools and knowledge at your fingertips
You're pretty high in bodyfat to start a bulk imo I would clean up some of that while you get used to your new diet and get your body ready for hard training..not being critical man sincerely trying to help..you could do a recomp and stay similar weight and look much better because your lean mass will be higher..
