Blood work
Just had bloodwork done. All values as far as health go are excellent. Total test is in the high 1700’s and free test is in the high 500’s. I will post the results once they are in my portal. Need some insight on these numbers. I am currently on 600mg cyp weekly with .25mg adex twice weekly day after pin.

When you ran labs how much time since your last pin? Generally (very general) rule of thumb is mg test weekly multiplied by 4.5 would yield approximate total test on lab. This is a very general rule some guys the multiplier is 4 others could be 5 it just depends upon how your body processes the compound.

off hand....
I would say your test is underdosed....
You are on 600mg of test a week and are only double the high end of the range.
Think about it... most TRT patients are near the high end of the range on 100-150 of test a week.
hell... I am prescribed 80mg a week
or...
you could just be a really fast metabolizer

Labs were pulled 3 days after last pin. Not sure how much of a difference this makes. How about free test and SHBG?

Was going over the rest of my blood work and noticed that my AST level is double the normal range. Of course a google search on the subject terrified me. Is this cause for concern. I would think my doc would have mentioned this.......

Higher than normal AST is usually caused by strenuous exercise in normal healthy adults. It can remain high up to 7 days after exercise. Typically, liver disease would have the ALT double or more than the AST, and since you’re ALT is normal, I doubt it’s anything chronic. I spoke to an endo and she said that those numbers would be 4-5x the normal range to cause concern.
