Var Dosage help

How'd you split 50 mgs of Var Dosage in a day? Which way is optimal?

-10 mg @ 2-3 hour interval?
-20 mg every 2 hour then remaining 10mg?
-30 mg lunch and 20ng post workout?
-50 mg altogether?

I am being so specific and asking this so idiotically because I read that it's half life is 9 hours.

Pls respond I am sitting here with the tabs in my clean corona free hands.

Note : And what the hell is Anavar + grapefruit juice combo? Is it really necessary?

I'd take it twice per day , 25mg morning and 25mg afternoon. keep in mind there is a difference between half life and active life. at the 9 hour mark, your Var is still plenty effective , its just that you only have about "half" of its dosage remaining and active


fyi - I would NOT be using grapefruit when taking oral AAS , or even other scripted meds. grapefruit has been shown to effect various different drugs absorption (making your dosing inaccurate).
but I've never heard about anything with the combo 'grapefruit juice and var'

And yeah, I also never heard anyone doing this grapefruit juice thing with Anavar but some posts in this forum and some other online sites.

AM/PM should be just fine.

AM and PM, i.e., 7am/7pm, 8amapm, 9am/9pm.

30 mg early 20 mg late, no need to split the tab.

I understand the purpose of splitting it, but I've yet to meet anyone who can actually feel (or see) the difference between one dose per day or two.

This is true. I usually feel I get the most out orals taking them about an hour before training

Especially with long half life of var?
AM dosing doesn't mess with my sleep, but iam a light sleeper seems it does kinda kick down after 12 hr but maybe Iam just worn out..
Keep in mind mildness of anavar, but you should "feel" it..

I don’t get much out of it unless I take 50-100mg at once. My wife takes 5mg and it turns her into Mighty Mouse. It’s person dependant
