The gyms in my area are all closed at this time. I am lucky enough to have a pretty good set up at my house that should sustain me until the gym reopens. But obviously I am not getting as good of a workout at home as I would in the gym.

I am in week 9 of my cycle and I feel like I’m wasting my time on cycle and my gear continuing on while only being able to train in my basement. I was thinking of just going into a holding pattern and dropping my test and deca down to cruising levels and just trying to maintain what I have. And when the gym reopens I’ll ramp up my gear and get back after it.

What do you guys think about doing this? And what are you doing to get through this if you are currently on cycle?
