    Pausing a cycle

The gyms in my area are all closed at this time. I am lucky enough to have a pretty good set up at my house that should sustain me until the gym reopens. But obviously I am not getting as good of a workout at home as I would in the gym.

I am in week 9 of my cycle and I feel like Iím wasting my time on cycle and my gear continuing on while only being able to train in my basement. I was thinking of just going into a holding pattern and dropping my test and deca down to cruising levels and just trying to maintain what I have. And when the gym reopens Iíll ramp up my gear and get back after it.

What do you guys think about doing this? And what are you doing to get through this if you are currently on cycle?

I was 4 weeks into my blast when the gym closed at debated going to cruise but decided not to. I've been pushing myself harder at home working out over the past couple weeks than in the gym because I have nothing better to do.

I did that my last cycle. I stopped at about two months and then started again a month later. I actually saw better results after I got back on and I didn’t feel as many side effects.

Nothing wrong with going to a cruise. Keep androgen low and give your body a break.

This is what I will do then... I’ll just drop everything down and try to maintain while this crap is happening.

Cruising is low dose Test only, i.e., what the body naturally produces. If you continue the Deca too, your on a cycle, even if doses are low.

And when the gym reopens Iíll ramp up my gear and get back after it.
No need to ramp, just restart cycle dosages.

Vets wisely cruise, rookies unwisely discontinue, but savvy rooks see vet guidance - smart move!
    Best to you.
