Blood work after cruising for years

So 29 years old been blasting and cruising for years now. We get blood work for my job every now and then they come to the department to check us out.

All my levels came back good except my rbc.

Prob did my first cycle around 24. Been blasting and cruising since. Mainly just cruising on test will blast here and there. But getting older and want to start keeping up with my health now so debating about coming off completely if this is going to be a serious problem I can't fix

It takes 120 days for rbc to lower so 250 ew is still to much. Probably need to lower your cruise to 100 mg ew

Yea definately think so too. Will start to lower it. Going to start donating blood regularly too. Should I start taking an aspirin or hold off on that for now.

Lower your dose and go the donation. Double red blood cell donation if you can. That should get you back or close to range
