Been on trt for 5 years & have cycled twice and have never used it. At my age, I could care less if my testicles are shrunk.
Problem is, my ED and my libido are really starting to piss me off. Can’t put my finger on an exact cause.
Could the hcg help and how much should I be using /purchase?

It’s worth a try, can’t really hurt anything. I would do 1000-1500 units a week to start and then go down to 5-700 if it works.

I took Hcg for 4 years on TRT and have been off for a year. I didn’t notice any difference in my libido or ED when I was on or off of hcg. Maybe a slight difference in atrophying, hardly noticeable and not worth the cost.
What I have noticed a difference with is proviron. 25 - 50 mgs a day made a huge difference for me. In both libido and firmness, especially when I’m cruising higher. That may be worth exploring. I emailed Val he had to me two days later and threw in some cialis as well.

I agree tren and mast together is my favorite stack for this time of year.
I cycle off and on hCG according to when I have an appointment scheduled with my PCP at the VA (can't let them know how much fun I'm having), which happens every six months, so I have had lots of opportunities to see the results off and on. I'm convinced hCG by itself boosts my Total T (there is an hCG-only TRT regimen) it also increases the likelihood of morning wood. It also has some collateral non-hormonal benefits, too, but the particulars escape me.
The late Doc Crisler recommended 100 IUs per day. With its half life there's no point pinning every day so he recommended 350 IUs ever 3.5 days, which is what I do.
I pay $15-$17 for 5000 IUs of hCG, 50 days-worth @100IUs/day (the glassware for reconstituting and storing is more expensive than the drug). The stuff is supposed to be good for 60 days after reconstitution before it begins losing potency so only buying 50 days worth at a time works well with in that timeline.
I was on Test only for HRT for years before adding in HCG. I noticed an overall improvement of well being. Could have been a placebo or from another variable. For its price, I chose to include it in my program
